Place was not busy when we came. We ordered japchae and chicken drumsticks, very good flavor..
I would give 3.5 stars - Chicken itself is okay, I wouldn't say it's fully Korean chicken. It tastes more between Korean and American style. On the pricer side for fast food, but worth trying it at least once. I tried regular chicken, chicken sandwich, and the strip. Out of the three, the chicken sandwich was the best. The spicy is quite spicy, so you might want to consider that before you order. The general atmosphere of the place is bright and clean, about 20-30 seats available indoors.
Love this place. The customer service here is top notch, and the food is none other than amazing. I’ve had most of the chicken here, either boneless, bone in or any of them, comes out fresh and crispy for you to enjoy while also getting amazing sides to go along with it. Wait time is usually quick with the longest I have to wait was about 10 minutes but surely it’ll depend on the time of day. Not much complaints really this place is amazing and worth the time to check out!
Had the Bonchon fried chicken sandwich with spicy sauce for the first time and it did not disappoint. Want to try other items on the menu (chicken wings, fried rice) soon...maybe during Superbowl Sunday.
Their Korean style fried chicken is AMAZING!!! We had it first in NYC! I always get the wings with soy garlic and hubby gets the spicy legs. Both were awesome and extra crispy! This time we got sides in NYC we only eat the chicken. I got the street corn and he got seasoned fries. The corn was really tasty and the fries were fries nothing spectacular. Having a Bonchon close by we’re made us very happy! We definitely be back sooner then later!
I ordered online at 5:28 PM and was told the order would be ready at 6:20 PM. It wasn’t ready until 6:50 PM so I had to sit around in the restaurant for a half an hour. Then they were out of one of the items I ordered.The potstickers were flavorful. The chicken sandwich with soy and garlic was bland. I’m thinking they forgot to put the sauce on it!And here is a picture of one of the three of tacos in the $11 taco meal. I think the lettuce speaks for itself. This is one of the three tacos. I did not change anything. Mostly lettuce and three little pea sized chicken pieces.Avoid this place. It’s overrated and not worth the wait.

Ordered half n half of the wings/drumstick combo, a side of chicken fried rice, sum kimchi and diakon radish. Sadly what I recieved was the correct order but in such poor quality that it shocked me! The chicken yes was crispy but wasn't fresh(it actually was warmed on the outside with a cold interior) the Chicken Fried rice they should be ashamed to even serve that! Clumpy, veggie were completely raw(they were thrown in after warmed through probably) no flavour at all! The kimchi was good and so was the side of diakon radish. Please I know you're new and staffing is difficult(that's why I won't even start on the service) but at least get your quality right! I've had Bonchon in the south and it was delicious! Will try to give it another try in a year if they're still there.
This place was a joke.First picture is what is shown when you order. Second is what i got. I'm not naive....all restaurant pictures have some level of "picture day quality".BUT. This place was bad. They're literally bowling alley strips tossed in (not enough) sauce. Thats ok at the bowling alley when the cost is $5 and not $15.
Finally was avle to put in an online order, pickup was quick. Solid chicken, would definitely go back. Mochi was also good.
