Bates is awesome as usual I grew up on these burgers ! No complaints here ! My son also loves these burgers!!!

I went to this establishment recently and I was extremely satisfied! The food was very delicious and very reasonably priced. A very kind lady named Chloe took my order, she was very polite and very professional. There were also two other women there, Shannon and Alisha they both seemed very nice and it seemed like a great work environment. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that loves delicious food at a very good price.
Vintage hamburger joint with tons of charm. The food was good, fast and cheap. The people behind the counter were friendly and made you feel like a regular. We will be back!
Long-term customer, my girlfriend went in to buy 3 hamburgers she had fifty dollars in her pocket and paid for her order with a $20 dollar bill, the cashier then claimed she only received $5 dollars...My girlfriend explained to her without raising her voice that I gave you $20 and the cashier than held up a $5 bill as if that's what she received!My girlfriend then gave her another $20 bill and the cashier knowing that she received a $20 in the first place handed my girlfriend back the change from that order!I hate a thief!!!!And a dishonest business proprietor who won't even attempt to resolve an incident when it's own employee makes a mistake!We won't be patronizing Bates Hamburgers again...However they can respond to this complaint and make things right! ✅
Pretty classic inside no thrills which is fine. I stopped in for breakfast, I sat at the counter. I ordered the special which is a good value I might add! Everything was prepared to my liking especially my eggs as is a difficult order! I would recommend this place for a quick bite and a good value. Very friendly inside seem like a lot of regulars that know each other like Cheers where everyone knows your name.
Today the girl behind the register was clearly sick. This was around 1:30 and 2pm. She took my mom amd sisters order than went towards the back coughing. After washing her hands she went toward the grill and wiped her nose on her hand. Everyone used to wear masks here but not today. Very disappointed in a small food place letting this go on. How many people are going to get sick now because you have employees working while being visiblly ill?
This is the best hamburger place I've ever been to in my entire life. Very efficient helpful and courteous. I wish I could eat there every hour of every day.
I love them. Constant sliders every time. I love that they take card now used to only be a cash business before the pandemic.
ordered 4 coneys (two without mustard) and large fries. got home with three coneys (all with mustard) and small fries. kinda hard to mess up such a simple order, but they did. Tried calling to complain, but the phone has a busy signal. very disappointed.
