Went to Arby's to try the new Wagyu Steak sandwich that costs $6.00.First impressions: It had a crispy exterior, a good indication that it was flame grilled. The inside was a nice Medium Rare (maybe it was sous vided), it comes with Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes (2), and a sauce that goes perfectly with the burger.First bite: Crispy meat, good sauce, and excellent taste.Will definitely buy it again and hope it will become a regular menu item.

This store has an excellent staff! I had a small problem with my drive through order and when I brought it to their attention, they immediately corrected it, apologized and thanked me for coming back in! Now that is great customer service. Keep up the good work!
Location: 2214 Jolly Rd, Okemos. March 14, '22. Dining room now open. Currently a 2 for $6 sandwich deal. Service at this store is usually very good. Friendly and welcoming. Restrooms clean. Ample parking.
Updating hours online is a must. I own a business myself, it takes a minute to update my hours on google, even on a moment’s notice. Don’t make me drive 10 minutes in the cold to find the place closed at 9pm when it said 11pm online.

The food was nice and fresh. This is one of the only restaurants where customers can dine in. I went during the evening which meant there virtually wasn't a wait time.
