Fantastic food at good prices. New chicken kafta is delicious! Best falafel anywhere.
First and foremost the food was OUTSTANDING! The spice in the samosas was just right while still leaving the flavor. I wanted a dozen of them but they only had 11, which was fine. They were different than the samosas I had at another Mediterranean restaurant but none the less, they were still excellent. The spicy chicken shawarma was packed with flavor and was a good size portion. I didn't want to stop eating it. The rice was perfectly cooked as well and soaked up a lot of the tasty juice from the chicken. My 2 sides for my shawarma were spicy hummus and Greek salad. The hummus was so creamy and delicious. The salad was very good but I was real shocked when I took my first bite and chomped down on an olive pit. Not so pleasant that's for sure. My daughter got a wrap with spicy hummus and her boyfriend got the gyro. The 2 employees ringing people up were pleasant as well. Woody's definitely exceeded our expectations and I can see a return trip in our very near future.
Friendly service & good, hearty middle eastern food. Fresh pitas & kebabs are standouts, but everything is very good.

A delicious meal after a MSU basketball victory. I have visited numerous times and it never disappoints. Great value and great food.
I ordered chicken shwarma and falafel sandwich and both weren't fresh and tasted dry, actually it didn't taste of anything but a sandwich of lettece! I'm originally Lebanese and I know what a chicken shwarma and falafel taste like and didn't come close to what I had. Very disappointed!! I better stick ordering from Zaytoon's!!
Have been coming to Woodys for literally the last 20 years, and it is still the best Lebanese food I’ve ever had (and yes that includes from Dearborn). Nothing beats their grape leaves, cabbage rolls, tabbouli, spicy hummus, hashwi, kibbeh, kabobs, all of it. It’s simply the best.Fun story, my grandfather told the chefs there it was as close to his mother’s cooking he’s ever had. Turns out they were from the next village over in South Lebanon from where his parents were from. Bottom line, Woody’s is the real deal. Five stars.
My favorite restaurant of all time!! Love the food, from falafel sandwiches, to cabbage rolls (both meat & veggie), salads, and several other dishes. Everything is always delicious, fresh and soooo tasty!!
So fresh and always so good, I have never had a bad taste left in my mouth from woodys!! and the people who work here are very kind and helpful, clearly take pride in their restaurant. Very clean. Thank you for always taking the extra steps to ensure the quality of the food, it has been so faithful for many years. I can't wait to come back!!!
Foods always awesome here. Staffs cool. Fair prices. Never had a bad meal from here. Great stuff.
