Oreo shake with boba and popping strawberry bubbles. S'mores rolled ice cream, split into 3 for our kiddos! We LOVE Unicha! Our kids know what we're doing as soon as we hit EL. Ben is the best & hooks us up every time!

The service is friendly and the experience of watching the rolled ice cream being made is so fun, especially for my daughters!

I fell lime it was a place to enjoy. Great area (campus area) . The service was the gem of this establishment. Really friendly people behind the counter. Thanx guys . I will be back!

The white chocolate latte was nice and creamy a little too hot but that means it's fresh with a good amount of espresso, the Japanese waffle was OK but don't think it's worth the hype though at makes nice to share one of your having coffee with friends.

Didn’t have a great experience there. This was my first time and my ice cream called for strawberries and the container the employee was about to pull from was very moldy. I asked them not to include the berries but after I didn’t see them make any effort to wash the berries or sort out the moldy ones. I also felt like the store needed cleaning in general.

Overrated and overpriced. I decided to give this place a try after seeing all the hype. The self ordering doesn't have the house combo ice creams so I tried to make the same ones "DIY". The employees were too busy to take orders and the place was short-staffed. Paid nearly $18 for two ice creams. Mine was made 15 minutes after my friend's so hers melted by the time I got mine. They had to make a new batch for mine and they must have forgotten an ingredient because it tasted like nothing.Maybe it was just bad luck but I reached out to the owner and he doesn't seem to care. I went back in the afternoon but they were closed (the door says open at 12 PM). I went back later that night at 9 PM and they were also closed.... (google says 5-10 PM). Seems like they don't have a clue what they're doing.

A fun bubble tea spot with lots of traditional and non-traditional options to choose from!Pros:Friendly employeesFast serviceGreat varietyCons:No sugar/ice adjustments*Hong Kong milk tea: really delicious!* Passion fruit bubbly soda: they used Faygo lemon lime soda as the base soda which makes the drink overbearingly sweet. I wish they used the syrup with just a sparkling water to balance the sugar levels more! The lemon/lime flavor also just didn’t match with the passion fruit syrup.

Good selection of drinks with the standard toppings. Did not try any of the desserts, just ordered a couple of drinks. Only knock on it was that the boba was overcooked (to me) when we went.

Amazing 1st time experience! Thanks guys for the awesome rolls!
