DO NOT order delivery from this location. They don't package items together (especially smoothies), so delivery drivers only grab the first thing they see and almost always miss half your order. I've ordered from here 4 times and only ONCE did I receive my full order. Doordash gives a full refund but I'd much rather receive my actual order.
A positive experience when I had sandwiches delivered and --the kale salad is great. No issue thus far and delivery has been exceptionally quick and friendly.

Always slow (and mistakes are often made at the Lake Lansing store) but the delicious smoothies are worth it.
good service, polite staff even got a free smoothie cause they made mine twice..
Some drink are really good and some fall flat. Find your favorite drink and stick to it

I changed my review to 1 star. Not sure what's going on with this place, but it's going downhill fast. I placed my orders online twice last week, for some reason both times they handed me my smoothie and told me my food was not ready yet. I kid you not each time 30 minutes passed, I watched everyone come in and get their smoothies... while I waited for my chicken and cheese quesadilla. Finally I say what's the hold up. Each time the workers looked confused and said they didn't see my order, then finally they start to make my food. Unbelievable!!! Then this week I decided to stop in for a smoothie it was nasty, I found big chunks of kale in my smoothie, it was not blended properly. I used to love this place, now I'm taking a break from tropical smoothie in hopes it gets better.Also too much playing around from the workers amongst each other when they need to be making smoothies...might explain the screw up on orders and nasty smoothies. Get it together!!
This place used to be consistent with their service but lately has been a huge disappointment. Their management must have changed because the atmosphere is childish and unmotivated. I used to be able to come in to familiar faces where the employees knew my name and order, but now, I see new people daily. The employees get younger and younger and have no idea how a job works. The wait times are horrendous, you spend too much money for an unblended smoothie and cold, average food. The kids running the store are playing on their phones, not wearing hats, no hairnets, and are more concerned with their own conversations than helping all the people in line. This place is dirty, the counters are sticky, the parking lot is gross, and the trash is overflowing. The women’s restroom is filthy and there’s water seeping through the floorboards. This is no longer a regular stop for me and will not be gaining my business nor my friends and families.
