It’s under renovation and has been for some time. Hoped they’ll add better interior seating. Currently they are running out of different things because of the renovation. Call ahead to make sure they have what you need
This Taco Bell is the best kept secret in lansing Taco Bells.. and here’s why: they never have a line; their breakfast SLAPS when hungover; and they actually stay open until 2am unlike every other TBell in this area. Woohoo!
Ordered a Mexican pizza from there today. Was not impressed. Upon opening the container and folding back the Mexican pizza i had an overwhelming amount of beans and such. I could understand if they were busy or short staffed but this was not the case.
Zero stars. Food was terribly cold after waiting almost 45 minute in drive thru. Pulled back around and came inside. Only to be scared off by numerous employees arguing and fighting. The manager on duty states his name is Trent. I witnessed him belittling and swearing at two employees. He also used a racial slur. Shortly after, the police had arrived. Two police cars. This place is a side show. On top of it all. The food is never made correctly. The manager makes racist remarks. Employees are literally fighting. Police presence. Terrible establishment. The employees uniforms are always dirty. They sit in dining room and swear and joke while I wait 30 minutes for a door dash pick up. Countless times I've had pick ups. And there's a circle of 5 employees standing outside smoking marijuana. The general manager uniform is dirty and oversized which is crazy because he's like 25 years old. Drive through times are sometimes 40 Miniutes or more. Not to mention the offensive talk coming from the kitchen. Including many racist comments. Place should be shut down permanently. The inside is always dirty. This is the worst one in the city. The management should be ashamed of themselves
Order food from here late cause my work hours. I guess cause they were closing they decided to put beans and cheese only for everything I ordered. Wasteful. It’s all good because nevertheless I have no problem contacting corporate. Just quit if you don’t want to do your job accordingly.
Today I went in and everything tasted terrible, they forgot half my food and then when I did get it the items they made were completely incorrect. I got a potato soft taco that was just a tortilla and potatoes. So disappointing, and of course, I don't get a reciept so I can't say anything to anyone. Come on guys.
Would give zero if i could. Was the second car behind the order screen with an online order and waited 45 minutes in line with 4 total people ahead of me. Only got half the food we ordered. Of that none of the add ons or extras were there. As i was at the window 3 employees were in a circle talking while the other two actually filled orders.
Staff is super nice but I don’t get how I have to wait an hour just to get my food in the drive thru. I understand if they’re short staffed (which most likely is the case) but this is a little ridiculous. If you are short staff I’d consider cutting your hours since you don’t have enough people to cover the night shift.
Went through the drive through and the woman working was fairly rude. They also gave me the wrong order, thankfully I checked before leaving the sparking lot. Went inside and the guy there was much nicer, accommodating, and apologetic. They remade my order right away, and I went home only to find out it was still wrong with multiple items missing
Always seems really short staffed and is very backed up on delivery orders. The staff that are there are always friendly and are cranking out orders as fast as they can though.I just wish their handicap parking was marked more clearly as it's usually full of people without plates or placards, especially the actually space between for a ramp. It makes it hard for me to accept delivery orders from there.
