Have yet to have a problem happen with this location. Food always tastes good and the employees are very nice.

Slow, don't read directions very well. Not sure how clean they keep their fingers after touching the register with gloves on then using the same gloves to make sandwiches.
Incompetent staff and store. Ordered the same sandwich TWICE and got delivered something completely different TWICE. Whoever runs this store should be ashamed of themselves and the horrible customer service.
Placed a mobile order, went inside to pick it up, and it was not sitting there yet. An order for a gentleman was however. An employee put another order on the shelf and I asked if it was for Hannah. On both bags he accidentally put the same mans name on both orders. He said he grabbed the wrong receipt for the order and handed me one of the bags sitting there with my receipt. Brought my order home opened it and they were two completely wrong sandwiches. It was the gentleman’s order not mine. I understand if it was busy and my order got messed up, but there was only me and one family in the restaurant. Better attention to detail is needed for this Subway.
Big boy behind the counter running the store by himself decided to pick and choose who he wanted to do business with. Walked in with my girlfriend thinking we would be walking out with dinner around 6pm. Asked him how his night was multiple times, looked at me with a blank stare, continued to stand in the back doing nothing. Walks up to the counter as if he was about to make our subs. Ask him again how he was. Continues to ignore us and shrug his shoulders. Can’t forget to mention the store had nobody in it at the time, the store was trashed with what looked to be old veggies and brown lettuce. Will never be back to that store ever again and highly recommend staying away from lake Lansing store unless you want bad service and probably food poisoning.
Employees could use a course in customer service, walked in and the dude didn’t say a word to me the entire time. Didn’t ask once what I wanted to order or how he could help. Just stood there with a blank expression on his face, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to him, when I was the only person in the store. This use to be my spot growing up, but it’s going down hill.
Very kind staff. They work very well together and always make sure everything is perfect. Store is tidy and kept clean
I’ve had food poisoning since eating here Tuesday evening. Felt fine all week until an hour after eating my sub.
Its disgusting, there are so many bugs in this place. I got my order and just threw it to trash. This place should be closed forever.
