I go to this Subway location 2-3 times per week and rarely have a bad experience, but please get my man Bob some help on the night shifts!! Every time I go in for dinner he is working alone having to handle the dinner rush and online orders all by himself!

I ordered my food and got raw undone greasy cookies on top of my sandwich not being made how I asked. I was very disappointed as in I am stuck at work for 12 hrs.
I was really disappointed. Only taking online orders and i turned away at door. I dont think ill come back to this one
We asked if they have tuna melt and he said yes but at the end he just gave us a toasted tuna sandwitch. When we complain that it is not tuna melt he just said we were out of brown bag and the oven is something. I cannot understand why at the beginning he just didn't say that they don't have that.
Came here for lunch and had the best experience. Always love the sandwiches, but the customer service always makes it even better. Kudos to Jazzy for putting a smile on our faces on this gray January day! ❤️
Very quick and the Portions of meat and veggies are alot bigger here them most subway's which is greatly appreciated. Staff is very nice as well.

Employee was having an unrelated conversation with another employee while making my sandwiches. I wouldn't normally have an issue with this, but she kept stopping making the sandwiches to talk. When she was toasting the sandwiches, she kept talking to her coworker past the point of them being done, and bread on both ended up getting burnt. I had to repeat what I wanted on them multiple times, not because she couldn't hear me but because she wasn't even listening. I was the only one in the store and it took her 10 minutes to make two sandwiches. I don't often leave negative reviews but I was extremely frustrated when I left. I was the only customer in the store but it was like I was bothering her by being there.
