What don’t I like about this Starbucks, Super friendly staff amazing coffee and food!
This location DOES let you use the app to get rewards/pay. The staff is really nice and, despite me rarely going there, I still manage to always see the same workers :PThe picture I have attached is the one picture I have of a drink from there (I love seeing pictures in reviews, so this is for all y'all who are the same). It's an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with light ice and extra almond milk instead of oatmilk. It was sooooooo good I can't even explain. It's the lowest in calories that I can find, given I don't know the differences between any of the types of coffees they offer and it still tastes good.
Never disappoints
Friendly people but will not cater to dietary needs. If you pay for a non dairy milk they will still give you dairy milk. Don’t buy here if you are dairy sensitive
Love the pink drink
SLOW! I am always waiting in line for minimum 30mins upwards of an hour, I love the coffee but just don't have the time to wait for coffee for an hour no matter what time of day I go. I would go more often if the wait wasn't so long.
This location will not let you use your app to earn rewards.They let me use my digital gift card but as soon as I turned my phone towards her to use my rewards the lady was rude and very snarky about it. However these are posted everywhere and they still won't let you. Shouldn't advertise it if you won't accept it.
I’m a Starbucks junkie...love the roasts & food goodies. First time here at the new L Lansing Rd location a couple wks ago...baristas very nice and they are efficient & work hard to get it right
Worst service, slow, it took me 30 minutes to get my coffee
Super fast service and efficient. Valencia made our drinks and I have never seen someone make it so fast as well as make it right! It was delicious ? I have been to slower Starbucks and the drinks seem to come out watered down. Will definitely return!
