Have never had a good experience at this location. I went today at 8:57 and there were cars in front of me and was told they actually closed at 9, it wasn’t 9? Also, there were cars in front of me that were getting served. Worst of all, the girl I spoke with was super rude too. If I could give this store a 0/5 I would. Highly recommend the location on lake Lansing road instead, so polite!!
The wait is always at least 20+ minutes if there are more than 2 cars in the drive thru. They never have online orders ready, most of the time they start it when I get there. Quality is just as good as any Starbucks, it’s just EXTREMELY slow compared to others in the area. NOT a store to go to if you are in a hurry!
Sure, the drive thru can be slow. But the wait is worth it for good coffee every time and Cass being there to make your day!!
Takes more than 25 minutes to get one iced latte. Do not recommend here at all
Welcoming place. Most Starbucks locations are more or less the same, with the primary difference being the baristas. The people at this location were particularly friendly and went out of their way to provide all the help they could
Worst parking lot ever. Both entrances are one way? We entered by the drive thru sign in front but then the back entrance was entirely blocked by cars in line out into the street and looked like it was only big enough for one car in or out. Need to make one entrance clearly exit only.
Ordered several drinks here and they did a good job. Everything we ordered came as we asked, and the workers seemed nice.

Fast service. No lines like the last two we just tried to visit. Staff is hustling. Order was wrong but they fixed it asap. Drink was bitter though.. Looks clean in here at least. Their getting the cars thru the drive thru quick to. One thing though I had to ask why they had no hand sanitizer anywhere in there, and since this is a college town and has had several covid outbreaks that's not to cool.A corporation like Starbucks that makes tons of money off these college kids and locals can afford to have sanitizer.
