Nice location with plentiful seating and view of the East Lansing and MSU vibe. Iced coffee was tasty yet incredibly pricey. But the buzz was good and the place was cool in Summer.
Had my first experience at this store the other day , what can I say other then “hey” . I tried a caramel latte , with whipped cream . It was good ! I will come back some time, if my old pocket book allows. If the management would like an extra hand around the place , I am more than happy to apply for a job. I loved the environment and the look of the gents donned in green aprons , Starbucks uniform I presume. Lemon pound cake was out of this world .
I love this location!!! I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly and has come to recognize me on days when I come in. Sometimes it’s a bit slow, but I understand that finding staff is hard so I don’t mind the wait. The store is clean and I love doing my work there. My drinks are also always super great from here. So thank you to these baristas !!!
I ordered the peppermint Mocha and usually its been fine, but today it was really dark and bitter. Its finals week and I took the time out of my day to get a coffee only for it to taste like black coffee and not a peppermint chocolatey drink.
They were SO busy, but I didn't see one crank in there. Long wait, but worth it for good drinks.. Made one drink wrong so remade right away.
The person who took my order had a negative attitude, charged me for an item I didn’t ask for, and was overall unwelcoming. The drink was good, and the other girl working was very nice. On top of that, the music they played was not exactly suitable for a coffee shop at 6 in the morning. I can’t say I recommend this place to anyone who likes Starbucks
Love this store! This store only does dine-in orders, and they work really quickly! Compared to the Starbucks locations on the MSU campus, you save so much time!
Incredibly slow. Waiting 30 minutes for a coffee order. Ambiance is nice.
My go-to Starbucks in East Lansing. Very friendly staff and environment is good enough for work. It may get crowded at some points, but overall love the place!
A few girls working the register were a bit rude. I understand these jobs aren't easy and are stressful but, I don't appreciate being given an attitude. What I wanted was out and that was perfectly okay but I was snapped at when I was told they were out of oatmilk.
