Extremely good service with outstanding sushi and sashimi. The three of us sat at the bar where Sam the bartender who provided some top notch eager and friendly service. We enjoyed 5 roles, soft shell crab appetizer, and a couple of drinks at a reasonable price of $117 without tip. Kudos to the chefs on the other side. I don’t know when we’ll get back because my son is gratifying tonight. A little disappointed we didn’t recognize this place until today. I guess football Saturday may be the next opportunity ? Please keep up on the great quality and service until then!!
First visit here. I was invited by a friend. There is so much on the menu! More words on the menu than I have read all year. Once we finally figured out what we wanted - we got Bento Boxes - we put our order in. It took quite a while for our food to arrive. Maybe 30 minutes? I will say that it was very good though! The Bento Box was nice for a first timer because we got to sample many items!
Don't give people 3 different times for pickup , then inform them its done to arrive after waiting over an hour from original time just to find it hadn't been started. Then to compensate us for the inconvenience after being told to cancel our order the manager throws in 2 free salads. THANKS FOR RUINING MY ANNIVERSARY . If I was at fault it would have been free.
Super clean space with really good staff. If you enjoy sushi this is a must.
If you want to spend 3 hours at dinner then go here. We waited for 1 hour and 45 minutes for our food. Our waitress failed to acknowledge us for a good 50 minutes and didn’t even check in with us. This is the second time I have experienced these wait times at Sansu. After all of this they didn’t even offer to comp our food. By far the WORST service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. Advice to management: don’t take delivery/to go orders on weekends. I will never go here again. Focus on the getting the orders out in a reasonable time frame.
Went this Friday for the first time. The place is beautiful and my friends highly recommend it but, we had reservations at 630 and didn’t get our food until 830 even though we could see plenty of workers. Also are service was very very slow we sat with out drinks almost our entire time there. Our server was over worked and seemed confused about the serving process I understand being understaffed but you guys didn’t send it. There was lots of staff, I think maybe he just needed more training. But the food was delicious
Waitress was great. Our food took a long time to get to our table. Waited almost an hour. Sushi sampler platter was very blah so-so. Raw Fish was rubbery and seemed off, rice was a dry yucky brick. Disappointed for the high price. Teriyaki chicken veggies and rice was very yummy. Grapefruit martini was very good too. Might want to make a reservation on a Friday night. We waited 45mins for a seat.

The food is delicious! The restaurant is very clean and the staffs make an effort to keep it that way. Currently, with covid, seating and in-person dining has been easy. Usually, you would need to reserve first because this place is always packed.
Delicious as always and amazing customer service. We unknowingly arrived 10 minutes before closing and they wouldn't let us order takeout but asked us to please dine in. Food was exceptional and the service was amazing.
