Pizza's good! The delivery because of low drivers seems to be on the slow side. Besides that, it's a good Pizza Hut
I wouldn't at this time give them 1 star. I order a medium pizza pepp. & half mushrooms. Order breadstix, they bring me 2 orders of breadstix. & no pizza, like no not what I ordered. I can go little cleasers breadsrix. 2 of them for $10. Not over 18. For 2 breadstix
I did a curbside order and checked in as “I’m here” 15 minutes after placing the order. After 10 minutes of sitting in my car, I went inside. Nobody was at the counter or in sight. However I could see my order on the belt of the oven as well as somebody else’s.After a couple minutes of waiting inside, a woman came from the back. I told her my name and she then took my order, stuck my food back in the oven because it had been out in the open air for so long it had gotten cold. Then I waited while she finished prepping my order. She then noticed that several order tickets had printed while she was taking her long break, giving the impression that while my consequence for her laziness was cold food, other customers’ consequence would be delayed orders.By the time I walked out of the store it had been 35 minutes from the time I placed my order. My food was cold and dried out. I was very frustrated and will think twice before ordering again.
I was told it would be 15 minutes for a carry out order and was the store waiting for 25 minutes. After 45 minutes I left and Pizza Hut had the audacity to call me telling me that I picked up my pizza and didn’t pay for it and they wanted me to pay over the phone. They gave my pizza away to someone else and I’m pretty sure I watched her slice and box my pizza and give it away right in front of my face. Will never eat Pizza Hut again. They are a joke
My first, first time order for delivery. The pizza was delicious and hot. I was into it. The second time i ordered it, half of the topping slided off from the pizza. Order it at the right time, they probably would do better.
Don’t even waste your time, horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza to feed a crew of people I pre-paid for it I was told 30 minutes delivery time and received a call from a data center that said they never transmitted My order to the store and I needed to call the store but of course they closed early. Not that Pizza Hut pizza is that great anyway but I can Be for certain that I will never spend a penny with Pizza Hut ever again.
Allowed orders to come in via app, incorrect hours maintained on Google. Cancelled order, drove 20 min to pickup to not get my order. Easily avoided by just maintaining your online company profile.
Not bad. Quality of pizza somehow has gone down slightly but not terrible. Can't put my finger on what it is, just doesn't taste as yummy as it used to. Breadsticks are not bad either, a whole lot more oily than they used to be, but still tasty. They used to cut and put these in a box. Now you cut them and they come in a bag. Marinara would be nice if it was warmer. Would be really nice if they offered chili flakes like most other pizza places and pizza huts not sure what happened. Overall super so so. Cottage Inn and Costco are still still way better, but if you're hungry and nothing else is open then go for it. I think the other pizza hut on cedar is better but I just found saw they are permanently closed.
So disappointed.. whenever I order pizza I got the call back “We are out for delivery guy, do you want to change for pick up “ .. , and both times they canceled order. Do not recommend. Waste of money ????
I’ve ordered pizza twice from this location. Cost me 30+ dollars each time, (after tip). I can’t even believe the let that go out the door! I got a deluxe add extra cheese, it was so overcooked I couldn’t even identify the toppings. The crust literally crumbled. I decided to give them a try again. Same thing. I absolutely do not recommend. I laugh every time I see the holiday box commercials. I tried to call them and complain, got put on hold and no one ever came to the phone after 20+ minutes on hold.
