worst restaurant experience of my life quite honestly WIL MAKE YOU SICK (don’t waste your money). I waited over 45 minutes to pay and they charged me 3 times, the servers and owner were very rude, owner in particular, and my girlfriend and i got violently sick from the food,(it gave us food poisoning from sitting out so long).I had ordered a carry out order online, and when i showed up to pick it up, there computer systems were not working and they said it wasn’t accepting my card. After they tried to swipe my card 3 times and i waited there for 45 mins at least they said it wouldn’t run and took down my card info to pay for my order later. To later find out they charged me 3 times for my order. I let them know of there mistake very nicely and they were rude and tried to tell me i was wrong. Not to mention how rude they were when i waited 45 minutes to pay. i asked for an extra spicy mayo 35 minutes into the wait to pay and they charged me for it which i thought was pretty funny. In my opinion this felt like they just stole from me.
1st time and enjoyed the entire experience. Parked in parking structure around the corner, had called earlier for reservations and they were ready when we got there 6pm on a Saturday night. Small place, good food, good prices great staff! Will definitely come back. ?
Absolutely amazing experience. Service was great, and we were laughing the whole time, with the exception of when we were digging in to the amazing food. The seaweed salad, miso soup, and sushi boat were all fantastic. I personally had the caterpillar II and it was delicious. I'll definitely be returning.
Tried Omi Sushi today for the first time and WE ARE IN LOVE! The food was PERFECT and such huge portions (way bigger than I had anticipated!) Our server was fantastic and handled our ridiculously huge order and limited timeframe like a pro! My only regret is we couldn’t spend more time there because of our appointments we’re heading to afterwards. I would definitely recommend Omi Sushi to anyone who wanted a wide variety of great Asian eats. We even swayed my brother into trying new foods and he loved it! Definitely a must have the next time we’re in the area!
Our usual sushi place was closed the other day, so we decided to try this place. prices were lower & they had waaaay more options than our typical sushi place. plenty of vegan options & lots of low prices for high quality sushi!
This has amazing sushi. They have lots of vegetarian options, great fish, an excellent menu. The space is very clean and chic. I really enjoy it here
One of the better places for sushi in lansing.Their bento boxes are really good too.Just really wish they had a location not in the middle of college town.
Quick, polite service - it’s a very busy place! Their hot tea, miso soup and Iceland Volcano roll are my favorite. 10/10 recommend!
a worker took advantage of my friend and I when we had no physical cards and said we could pay with the card number. we had cash, but thought card would be easier. we were running late for our bus and she had us write it down. being skeptical but in a rush, we wrote it down just to have our accounts scammed 2 days later with $100 being withdrawn. the waiter was an Asian girl working on Friday Nov 5th at the timeframe of 2:30-3:45. hold them accountable.
The service was amazing and my waitress was extremely kind. The food was delicious and the serving sizes are perfect for the price. I would definitely recommend eating here.
