Their unofficial motto should be no car no service. Regardless of how busy it is, if you walk in expect it to take at least 30-40 minutes to get your food. Drive through isn’t much better at 15-20. So much for “fast” food.
So I'm am Doordash driver and McDonald's is one of my most frequent places for an quick meal and some tea. I went to buy an tea today the asked the manager on duty if I could come in later with my cup to get water and the manager tells me I'll have to pay full price for another cup no refills not even on water! I was shocked I even said well you see I purchased the cup and she said not even water is free. Needless to say don't think I'll ever spend money at this McDonald's again sad because I'm here so often because of deliveries.
The nuggets were better than usual and the fries were delicious. I go to Macdonald's once a season and I like it. See you in 3 months!
We just left there and it is absolutely the best McDonald's we have ever been too. When we come back to Michigan definitely stopping here again. Super fresh food and extremely friendly employees
Anyone who is upset buy the fact that machines go down have clearly never worked in fast food. This is not something anyone working minimum wage at that store can control.Love it here and will continue coming back. You all do a great job.
Ordered fairly simple meals at noon on a Sunday but it took forever to get the food. Eight or more cars in slots waiting for their food. Not acceptable!
Americano to order. Yum. Mobile order for filet o fish also worked well. I like the upper level for a relaxing view while sipping my coffee. Good job.
Food is usually well constructed, but takes a long time to get. I've ordered from here through the drive thru and from inside and it can sometimes have fast service or it can be really slow. Food was usually pretty good here, though.
Food is what you expect from a McDonald's big + is I think this is the only location in the Lansing area that is still 24hr post COVID only downside is they are SUPER busy 1130pm the line is wrapped around the building so if you've got the patience go for it. If you're pressed for time I wouldn't recommend it.
Every single time I visit this McDonald's, regardless of how busy or what time I go, I have to pull up and wait for my food. I'm not sure if the manager just doesn't hire enough people or if the staff is slow, but there is no reason ordering one sandwich should take 20 minutes...
