Take out is a terrible experience here. Restaurant didn't have one of the things I ordered so they didn't start anything until I got there. Have waited before without them calling my name because they assumed a GrubHub driver was coming to get it? Food isn't worth it either. Go anywhere else.
Ordered with Grub Hub - specifically asked for no tomatoes (allergies) and onions (GI issues) on BOTH the gyro and the Greek salad. Requested sauce on the side (again GI issues). The salad came without, but the sandwich had everything on it. One thing the gyro had but not the salad? Iceburg lettuce. The salad had greenery that had stems, dirt, and tasted like cardboard. I spent the next 2 days either in bed or in the bathroom - even though I scooped out the tomatoes and onions and some of the sauce. I used to love their food, but they've lost a customer forever.just an allergic reaction - even though I took the tomatoes off & scraped off some of the dressing. I used to love their
Order person was very friendly, patient, and accommodating. My mother and I loved our meals. Only gave 4 stars just because of the time it took to make our meals but it WAS fresh so I understood after. Save time and order ahead if you are really hungry.
Not a bad place great staff, good food. It's cozy and has a good sharing/community vibe.
Just No. 10 years ago I used to buy their greek salad out of the case to take to work from time to time when I lived in Haslett and they were located by the Meridian mall. I currently live in Timberlake apts which is like 7 minutes away from their location near Frandor. I received lukewarm rice and chicken with salad served side by side in a styrofoam container on top of waxpaper proudly stating LOU & Harry's, What? Cold food does not go with hot in the same container especially one without any dividers! The hummus is very disappointingly blah. Our drinks were not given for delivery to us. I am underwhelmed. I am not willing to give them any more of my money. Hope you have a better experience than I did. Good Luck : )
First time there, did a pick up. It was ready and the service was good. The cook was kinda loud calling out orders, but I'm sure he was just doing his job.
Been going here for years. They have great burgers, fries, gyros, salads & baklava. I love their gyro Greek salad.
I was looking for a place in the area that has great Greek food and Gyros ? and was truly blown away by Shorty and Elijah’s customer service skills and how informative and knowledgeable Shorty was on everything! Thank you guys for excellent service! -Alex
I had not been to this restaurant in years. Met a friend for lunch who goes there regularly and he raved about it. I could see why! I had the Greek salad that they are so famous for, with chicken. It was absolutely delicious. Service was top-notch. I will definitely return.
This place is a go to every time in EL. Their greek dressing is the best I’ve ever had. The chicken shishkabob plate is the OG.
