This pizza was awful. I got home after picking it up and opened the pizza box, the slices were all mix matched like the pizza wasn’t even baked together but more like multiple pieces from a bunch of pizzas put together. I then called the store and the man that answered was rude about it and then just hung up on me after telling him.
The guy who works along in the mornings makes the best pizza in the state.
I come here pretty regularly in the morning, and a couple days ago before I walked in at least TEN PEOPLE walked out and there was only one person working! Even then I only waited 8 Minutes! If they sell everything of COURSE nothing will be ready! Especially when they’re only one to Two people working!!! You guys in the morning are some of the best workers ever and are ALWAYS kind, thank you!
I'm a 72yr old mam that likes LC pizza and I had the best LC pizza I have ever had. Meaning the best ever since starting to eat LC in 25 yrs at the Lake Lansing Rd East Lansing. And Varrieis the guy who fixed it.
How can you not follow the motto of having hot and ready as when you walk in and nothing is ready. Common sense if you’re going to quote something you should follow by it
Since covid started there has been ONE dude working there, and he has ALWAYS been the one there. With the exception of 1 or 2 times has has been the ONLY one there. He is always kind, professional, and timely. I always try to tip when ever I have cash on me. Wish there was a way to digitally tip so I could every time.I dont know you, but to the guy working there; You are appreciated!
Underdone pizza and workers didn't want to be there, telling me all about bad customers and how they are underpaid. Minimum wage gets minimum effort.
Needs to be more consistent. Sometimes it’s top grade pizza and sometimes it’s like rubber
I know they’re struggling with staffing rn, so I just wanted to recognize the guy working there this afternoon. There was a little wait for the pizza, but he actually brought it out to my car when it was finished, which was pretty cool. Pizza looks great. Thanks!
I tried calling about 20 times in the last hour as I’m certain I dropped/left my keys at this location. Nobody ever answered the phone. I’m devastated by their lack of customer service.
