I was very excited to move closer to my nearest Jimmy John's so that I'd finally be in the delivery radius. But I'm not! I called and they said they don't have any delivery drivers. This upsets me greatly because I love Jimmy John's more than anyone I know. Please advertise a competitive and livable wage for delivery drivers
I have a dairy allergy and they always make my food correctly which I appreciate. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait though.
Normally Jimmy John's is to die for for my wife and I. Went to this location and it just didn't meet the normal JJ expectations. When I got home half my sandwich was missing its turkey, and my wife asked for mustard and mayo on both sides of her sandwich only to unwrap it and find the sandwich bone dry. I will try them again, but this was not what I expected out of the normal JJ experience.
worst customer service ever!I ordered a sub then they canceled it without telling me they were closed!I showed up to pick up my sub they never opened the door or said anything and when I called them they said I was at fault!Definitely don't waste waste your money here go to a different location!
Check sandwich before you leave. They didn't put cheese on mine, tomatoes were not ripe, and there was hardly any lettuce. Seems like JJ keeps increasing their prices and quality is going down the drain.
Out of all the lansing area JJ's this is probably the best of the bunch, but still plagued by sandwiches are hap-hazardly done, they often forget my sides of kicking ranch or chips so I am often going back to get my side that was paid for. Service is fine, the people generally seem happy and upbeat.
For the most part this store has been great when we ordered but I found a staple my sandwich today which was alarming. I'm sure it was a one off thing but chewing metal wasn't fun.
Super fast and super delicious. Customizable sandwich creations done quick. Order online for delivery or pick up. Try the “unwich” lettuce wrap to reduce the carbs or go gluten free.
Enjoy the food but this store constantly shuts off all ordering options and it needs to stop. Whats the point in delivering if you wont even take orders???
