I get that you hate your job (I used to work at jimmy johns too) but, like, don't take it out on your customers. Read the tickets and make the sandwiches correctly, please.
I went into their store, look up at the TV with their menu and order the #1 which has ham and cheese as the ingredients listed next yo it. I get it and check, and it has mayo, lettuce, and tomatoes on it too. I ask them and tell them that it only had that next to it on the menu, and instead of being understanding and redoing it with just ham and cheese, they send when of their employees out to find where it says it comes with that. He spends over a minute and finally finds it on the far left side of the menu from where what I ordered was. After this, they still did nothing. The staff was clearly just college kids with little knowledge on customer service. Would not recommend going under any circumstances.
Hello Jimmy John’s incorporated. I am quite disappointed with my experience here at the Harrison rd. location. After a morning of st. Patrick’s day fun times and Tomfoolery, all I wanted was to smack on a turkey tom with added cheese and cucumbers. To my disappointment, my Jimmy bread was burnt and there were no cucumbers in site. Beyond sad and disappointed.
If zero stars was an option I would definitely rate it that way. These folks are horrible to work with and overall super slow and not great. They screw up orders and the food is not always a good price.
Zero stars, no way to order. Can't order online for this location so I called in, but the phone rang endlessly...called a different location and they wouldn't deliver to my address ?♂️ seen other reviewers posting photos of their phones off the hook, I guess this Jimmy John's doesn't plan to be around very long...P.S. no I won't share my feedback to the location's owner, do it yourself...
Disappointing location. I made a mistake on my online order so I immediately called the store to request that it be changed (I order a Billy Club but meant to order a Beach Club). They assured me it would be fine and they would make the change. When I got there, my order included a Billy Club and no Beach Club. Two of the employees were on their phones the whole time, the person that helped me was visibly annoyed the moment I walked in. The bread was ULTRA HARD, something I have never encountered at a Jimmy John's (like it had both been baked to long and then left out). By far the worst service from a Jimmy John's.
This location is ridiculous. I cannot tell you how many times the app does not let me mobile order, and when I try to call the store for delivery the phone is off the hook. It’s beyond infuriating and makes no sense as to why this continues to happen.
The staff is always friendly, they serve the food fast and fresh. Nice clean place
Ordered for delivery. Paid over the phone. Waited 46 min for delivery that never came. Called. No answer. Walk in to phone off hook and no customers in store. Disappointed.
We have been here so many times and always love it. Jimmy John’s was one of our “go to” quick dinners. Stopped today, ordered 4 subs. The bread is so hard, you could play drums on it. Super disappointed. My dad said, “good thing my teeth are still good,” as he’s tapping a pencil against his sub to show how hard it is.
