Cookies are very delicious and soft and melty! Unfortunately that makes them nearly impossible to dip in the frosting without getting super messy. I hope you'll start including forks and napkins but I have no regrets!
Warm cookies that taste fantastic. What else needs to be said.Try the Deluxe cookies &/or the icing (icing great for the sugar cookies and others cookies). My favorite cookie is the Salted Carmel. It's amazing!!! Hope this cookie becomes a regular thing.I park across the street. Also, place order online. Parking ends up costing me nothing.I'm out of the delivery area. However, well worth the drive.Some customers are upset over the prices. Please remember the store is sitting on prime restate, plus over head cost.
I like ordering from this place; when they’re open. I can honestly say maybe 60% of the time I want to get food from there I am able to. It seems like every time I walk half a mile there at 11:30-12 pm they’re closed. Insomnia cookies is supposed to be open all night I thought? I order brownies all the time, more than half the time they’re out of brownies when I get there. Seems like a really poorly run establishment and that is disappointing because I enjoying going.
My gf ordered 4 deluxe cookies delivery (around 11:30), got charged, had to call back when it never arrived an hour later (they thought it was pickup), and never received the food.
Best cookies around. Best relief for a stressful day. Or for a birthday gift. Lately they are slightly burned..minus 1 star. But still the best
this place should go corporate to like a monolithic level. like im talking this place deserves to have as much money as Disney. build factories pollute the skies and the water idc these cookies are delicious. i want insomnia cookie world
Open sign is on but store is completely dark, a sign saying "online orders only" but you can't pick the orders up, it *has* to be delivered, but there's a dozen unmasked people standing inside the dark store.Really surreal, really disappointing when I just wanted quick cookies, not a zombie movie opening.
It's February 12th this is the second time I've been back to this insomnia Cookie the first time they didn't have any cookies that I wanted then the second time I just went there today and they said they're only taking online orders because they're behind which doesn't make any sense. I won't be going and wasting my time coming back to the store
We have had a few negative experiences with this location including tonight. We drive almost 25 minutes to go to this location. I get their tonight and once again there is a sign on the door they are only taking online orders/no cash. This is not the first time they refuse to take cash yet wait for it they have a tip jar where they do accept cash!! If you refuse to take cash for my order I REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A CASH TIP!! Now, there are four of us trying to place an order from our phones. Two more customers showed up. As all of us have almost placed our orders, a male walked out to advise oh by the way there will be an hour wait!! Six of us cancelled our orders and walked out! It is time to boycott this place until they can get things together and run an efficient business. Let us know when you have employees who know how to run the place and maybe I will come back!
Some of the best cookies I’ve ever had! I was in Lansing and wanted to get desert but it was pretty late and it was the only place open so I decided and I don’t regret it it was amazing!!! And all of them are served warm!
