Service is fine. Could be faster. The staff is really nice and the place is clean and they serve good food. Parking is never an issue as well. Would recommend for breakfast

Our visit to iHop was miserable, and I doubt I'll even be able to list everything that went wrong. First of all, the atmosphere of the restaurant was uncomfortable and tense. Somehow, after waiting almost an hour in an empty restaurant, they had a 25% success rate on our eggs, as one of the four eggs was cooked as expected, the rest were far over cooked, while my sister's pancake were a bizarre brown, for reasons unknown (they tasted normal, but why? How?). We also had to ask about getting all our sides, including a drink (that we sent back due to a dirty cup and floaties.) The bathrooms were also filthy.I think one of the servers put it best, when we overheard them at the waitress station: this place is a mess. And I get the industry is hard, I too work in the industry, but everything that went wrong is easy to fix, and in the handful of times I've been here nothing has ever changed. It's embarrassing.

We had great service from Ronnie M.He was friendly, attentive, and very efficient. The restaurant seemed under staffed but with Ronnie we hardly noticed. Restaurant was clean also. Food was great. Double Blueberries pancakes!

Food was good and good size helpings. Only one waitress working. She was hustling but definitely needed help. Several tables had used dishes sitting on them. Not attractive but maybe a supervisor needs to come out and help clear tables. The waitress was the only employee we saw. No idea how many working in the kitchen. Kudos to the waitress for her efforts.

Burnt hashbrowns, according to the waitress no one turned on the waffle makers so waited a long time for food. Food it self was just ok. Bathrooms were dirty for only just having been open. But they did get our orders right and some of the food was good.

Went in with my daughter for lunch. The staff were trying to figure out where to seat us, and finally after about 5 minutes someone said they would take us in their section. We were handed our menu’s, and within 10 seconds she goes from the table across from us and asks to take our order. I asked for a couple of minutes, as my daughter was stuck between pancakes and bacon or chicken tenders. Meanwhile, her pants got wet sitting in someone’s left over drink. My purse barely missed someone’s fingernail clipping. Needless to say, we left. Disgusting. Will not go back.

We were immediately "dismissed " at the door by the greeter and other customers were seated and tended to before us. Our server, Ronnie was great! But everything else was so slow we ended up leaving before our food came.

They have very good omelets. If you have celiac disease or gluten intolerance, ask them not to add the pancake batter. The afternoon shift has some wonderful servers.

Took my daughter and goddaughter there last Sunday after seeing a play in East Lansing. Goddaughter and I had pancakes which were delicious. My daughter had a burger which she said was delicious but ended up with FOOD POISONING. After eating (still at the table) she said she felt like she overate (she's 9) but she was really getting sick. Stomachache for the rest of the evening until her body finally rejected (trying not to gross anyone out) the food all night and into the next day.

Customer service by Antonio sucked! Had to argue with him just to get a manager to get a table. I hope he will receive proper training for customer service skills. If you are a host you don’t argue.
