I had chicken wings appetizers the carabiner chicken dinner, both were excellent. Service was good. All in all a great lunch out.
Good portion meals (my wife's salad was huge, my sandwich was really big), quick service, and the waiters were friendly.
I went with some friends to watch a basketball game and was sat down at a table by a worker but then no one came up to us for 30+ minutes to even get a drink order or to greet us. We got up and left and no acknowledgement that we were even there. Everyone around us was getting helped but not us.
Nice salads beautifully flaky fish and chips.
The food was ok, nothing special for the price! And I think they were short staffed so service wasn't very fast! All in all it was an ok meal.
Not a bad place good menu with variety but not over sized good food nice presentation customer service was good with plenty of knowledge about the menus and drinks and had good suggestions
Tons of parking for the area, busy and they are still able to accommodate us, food was good and reasonably priced. Service was great! We will return.
Decent place. Polite and friendly staff. Always make sure we got what we were looking for and if we are satisfied with the order. Visited there couple of times. No bad experience. Moved out of lansing for a while, otherwise would have been there more.
the food was at the lower end of quality for a steakhouse but, what it lacks in the food preparation process, it more than makes up for in atmosphere, fan enthusiasm & friendly service!
It's pretty expensive, the vibes are *just okay* and the burgers were mediocre. The waiter was also pretty weird about me wanting to pay (instead of my boyfriend) and refused to hand me the check or look at me when I asked for it and reached for it, but otherwise the service was fine.
