Overall, I like Five Guys the most as a other fast/casual burger chains. This location is usually pretty good, but last night's visit was the second time in a row where the staff forgot the bacon for my little bacon cheeseburger. They'll gladly give you a handful of bacon in a little aluminum container if you return to the counter & tell them, but really..... there's only burgers & hot dogs on the menu. It's not an overwhelming selection of food that's being made. And, I'd be super annoyed if we had gone far before realizing the omission.I'll be saving a couple of bucks the next time I go by ordering just a little cheeseburger....
Would've one starred but the food was too great and fresh too. Very disappointed with the service after the girl taking my order acted like she had somewhere better to be and rolled her eyes after I was done. Lost a tip then and there. On top of that, throughout my entire stay the cook was hanging his head behind the steel doors to obviously mess around on his phone. Didn't watch long enough to see if he washed his hands, but it's wildly unsanitary regardless. Sad because you would've easily gotten five stars if you trained this sort of behavior out of your employees
Foods good. Would go here in Arizona. 3 stars for this location due to ordering online and they said pick up around 4:43pm, and by the time we got there they didn't even have it started. The place was completely empty and didn't get food until after 5pm.
Went to there June 12th early evening and with digust i witness the fry guy making fries and eating them with the same gloves he was making customers fries, yuck! Nobody wants your spit with their fries. i also witnessed the fry guy stare down some women in the creepiest way. Not sure if manager is aware of what this fry guy does, but not a good look for this place. I also witnessed this guy grab cups of fries and if another cup happened to be attached he would throw it in the trash. Im sure that isnt great for their inventory. Place seems to be going down hill
Of course the hamburgers are good but the fries are also cooked right as well and that's a big plus
Food was good. My complaint was worker who took my order. She got both burgers wrong. She kept looking out window like she was heavily distracted. Manager made things right
I LOVE that i have the option of a lettuce wrap, i have celiac so i cant eat bread! Everything is always so good and served promptly
The wait for food seemed long. Waiting in line to order then paying $75.00 for burgers fries and beverages for 4 people seems excessive. My sandwich was not a burger - I had a cheese sandwich with tomato and it was squished flat. Fries were warm, not hot... too many cooks in the kitchen. Sorry 5 guys, not impressed.
Best fast food burgers around here. A little pricey compared to other meat patty slingers, but that just comes with quality. Pretty sure we got 10 lbs of fries in the bag.
Have been going to the five guys in east Lansing for a long time. This is the first time I received Poor Service from the employees. We ordered our food one bacon cheeseburger with only Ketchup, one bacon cheeseburger with the works. One order of regular fries and a regular drink, and a cup for water. The person who took the order did not listen to the order and did not give us fries but instead charge us for two regular drinks. Then charge us extra for a regular Fries. Hope the next time we go there will be someone else to take the other!
