The Bath Rooms are “Out of Order”. They were “Out of Order” all last summer. They have been “Out Of Order” every time I have come here. i’m gonna go out in a limb here and say that they don’t want the public using their bathrooms and they’re using that as an excuse. That is not what I would call good customer service.
Little value - $10-$11 for two small scoops, no special cones. We would have been better off buying a half gallon at the supermarket. Staff was pleasant, not exceptional.

Love this place, but hate how they got rid of the banana flavored ice cream. Other than that, prices and selection of flavors and toppings are good. The serving size just depends on who scoops as some are more generous than others. Good, friendly service and this place has been clean the times we've visited.
We ordered 2 Everybody’s ice-cream, one for us and the other to take to our friends. But both of them were about 2/3rd's in the box and not full, pictures attached. How can you take a less-than-full box for the host!!! It looks like we eat from it and were bringing remaining leftovers...This happened even before, it was for us, still less than what we paid for, but this was embarrassing!! Why do they do that??? Don't they understand that when they are charging for a full box but only filling 2/3rd's!!This is wrong! Stop cheating customers!
There internet was down so I couldn't buy my ice cream ruined my whole week
I have been there twice within the past 3 weeks and it has been horrible every time. My boyfriend and I thought the employees were having a bad day the first time we went so we left a generous tip. The second time we went were greeted by “the open sign is turned off”. Basically ensuing that we need to get out. We had ordered pick up. I told the employee that, got my order, and left with everyone staring at me like I had done something wrong. I have extreme anxiety so I was completely aside myself. This one girl had an attitude each time and it’s clear she can’t handle the stress of her job. I remember what it was like having a job like that but you never take it out on the customer unless they are absolutely in the wrong.
I was just here and service was extremely slow. I think it’s understandable during Covid times but it’s one of those things where you have someone who I assume is the manager that doesn’t help their staff so things get really backed up. I’ve been here multiple times and it is usually slow. However, today was just ridiculous.Additionally, the medium and small size portions I got looked very similar.
Stop there tonight with my wife we ordered two ice creams. My wife came out fine mine came out nothing like it supposed to look like in the picture you can not see none of the ingredients that they're supposed to be known for. She said it's $14.00. I questioned her on it he says no it's all in there I started eating it and went back up the counter and says I'm not happy with this. She said you can throw it away then and ask me if I'd like something else I said yes I pointed to a different flavor her associate starts to make it for me and she says to me she's cuz I can ring you up down at the end of the counter I said what do you mean ring me up she was you have to pay for it I said you told me to throw the first one away if I didn't like it she was that's right but you still have to pay for the second one. I've never had so bad of customer service in my life..
I’ve been here 3 times and every single time my order is wrong. I request sweet cream, I get vanilla. I would say I have a pretty easy order so it shouldn’t be hard to mess up. Not to mention I paid $14.14 cents for 2 signature ice cream with waffle cones. Seems a bit over priced especially when they can’t get my order right the last 3 times I’ve gone. I don’t mind paying for the ice cream if it was actually made how I requested.
