This was my first and last time at this specific bowling alley. The staff who got us our lane were nice, but we didn't have a single server stop by our table. I saw them, but they never stopped by. After about half an hour of no server we went up to the bar because we did the family deal which comes with a pizza and we wanted to order it before our lane time ran out. The bartender was SO rude. I can't even express how rude she was. After literally 20 minutes standing at the bar, we finally placed our pizza order and were told it would be about 15-20 minutes until it came. It didn't come for over an hour! Good thing we had two hours on the lane! I totally get if places are busy, but we were really nice so there was no reason to be so rude to us. I will not be back here and I would never recommend it to anyone.
Great employeees me and my family were throwing a surprise party for my 71 year old grandpa and we had like 2 more frames and it was like 10 mins after rhey closed and they let us finish our game
Awesome place to have a lot of fun and a birthday party. Everyone can join in on the fun. You can rent multiples or just single lanes.
This was a HORRIBLE experience. It took us 1.5 hours to get our food. My food was not as ordered...after this time of waiting. I wouldn't/can't recommend this place. Pretty sad. My daughter waited a good 30 minutes to get her drink beyond when the rest of us received ours.
Once it hit 6pm, Iit got very busy. But the waitress were still very prompt and attentive. Also, they were very nice and friendly.
Very friendly. The staff was on point when things were not working right they kept a smile on their faces and kept pushing. Chelsie is a staff member and was there to enjoy her time with family and friends and she stepped up when seeing her co workers needing help. Desiree I think was a waitress and seemed to be new but she was definitely awesome tonight. The manger!!! man let’s shout out to that special lady! their she was under lots of stress and so packed tonight but got things done even though you could see she was overwhelmed she made it happen captain. Whoop whoop go City Limits team go !!! Rock stars the rest of the staff was awesome as well.
Showed up at 1:30pm to the bar and grill to have a drink at lunch on a half-day before heading home and was turned down at the bar before ordering anything because my ID is dirty because I work construction and could not accept it. ? It's honestly ridiculous, but I can go to the bar down the street and have a drink I guess you guys don't want customers in your bar and grill early in the afternoon.
This place is the most unorganized bowling alley I've ever been too. Aside from the lady at the front desk the employees were slow and rude. We had to wipe down our own tables.They told us not to order from the bar the waitress would get it. Well when you see the waitress twice in 2 hours, you don't get drinks refilled or new drinks and food ordered. So we went to the bar and the bartender was also very rude stating she was stocking and to order from the waitress. It's after 12 why are you still stocking? Place is a dump, bathrooms disgusting. I would highly recommend never going bowling or to get food here. I will never be back.

Pizza was fine. Had lanes 21-22. Constantly lost power and would not keep score accurately and would not register about 20% of the time. Frustrating. Location would be nice if the lanes worked properly.
