Stopped here because we wanted to get something quick on a trip. This was the slowest Burger King I’ve ever been to. Milkshake machine was broken and we honestly thought the place was abandoned/closed when we pulled up due to the state of the parking lot and landscaping, guess that should have been our clue to keep driving.
I feel so bad for the staff here, the lady who served us was attentive and lovely, but I think she may have been there alone, or with maybe one other staff and she was clearly stressed while trying to handle the amount of orders. From beginning to drive thru line to getting our food it was about a 45 min wait. Again, no fault to the staff who helped us, but the management are extremely irresponsible if they think having so little staff on at a time is acceptable. THEY should be on the floor helping if they're so understaffed.
It's been super slow. I try to be understanding with that, but it would be nice to have hot, fresh food when I do finally get it. Plus napkins would be great. Something needs to happen at this store-- either new management or it just needs to shut down. And I say that sadly.
This is the worst drive through I've ever been to, from any franchise. It is SEVERELY understaffed. Nearly EVERY time I've been here (and that's gotta be approaching 25-50 times since 2020), the average wait PER CAR is easily 15 minutes. They take one order, and do not take another until the previous order is out the window and driving away. They are making orders sequentially instead of in parallel. It's completely baffling.
Was refused to be served while employees sat in the window playing on their phones instead of serving or addressing customers. No phone would ring through to the store. Corporate is unreachable and franchise companies all deny being management for this location. Horrible place to attempt to get service.
Worst run restaurant I've ever seen wrong posted hours online and same posted hours at the store horrible curb appeal and the worst run business I've ever seen. Dollar Tree is more professional than this location. How does a burger king thats .8 miles from this one have different hours and WAY better service than this location???Save your money and stay away from this fraud FAST FOOD place that's NEVER open...
S***hole business. Asked for some dipping sauce and they forgot it multiple times. Soda cup filled to the brim with ice, c'mon I need more than 3 sips for a medium drink..Woman on drive through has clearly given up on having a kind demeanor. This place needs new management
The disrespect. I was ignored, they were talking about my partner and I. Also saying we will get what we get, and talking about dandruff. There was a older women working the drive through and honestly you should not have that position if a customer is being respectful and polite to you and you turn around and treat them worse than an animal. We will not be returning and this was unacceptable.
Why do they never have iced coffee? It’s the morning time and yet they never have it. Why advertise it? Also the woman in the morning needs to learn better greeting skills. When you pull up and no one else is in the parking lot and you get a ONE MOMENT over the speaker. I get everyone is struggling for staff but goodness.
Nice staff. It's to bad people don't work anymore. I am beyond positive they need more people there. I don't mind waiting a few extra minutes. I understand the lack of staff but BK is a great place to grab a quick meal.
