20 years ago B Dubs was our main place to go from the days when it was below Small Planet but then Wings Over East Lansing came to town and we never looked back. Now that wings over is gone we were in the mood for wings and against our better judgment ordered B Dubs. Did an online pickup and when I arrived home with the food the fries were ice cold and both the bone in and boneless wings were obviously old and had been sitting for a while just having sauce slapped on it after being ordered. Dissapoonting and sad. The search continues for a new wing place. For the quality that you receive and the size of the wings the prices shluldnt he so high.
I ordered 3 days ago, I had no sauce on any of the boneless wings they were so dry and the fried pickles were completely underdone and inedible. I was very upset so I called to get this fixed they said they would issue a full refund and are very sorry I accepted this. Except they said it would take up to 3 days, I just looked this morning they never issued a refund at all. I’m very upset and will be calling today. Don’t tell someone you are going to fix your mistake if you are not that makes the situation even worse. ?♀️
Tayah was super friendly and helpful in making sure we got our food after our show at Hamilton we had to rush off to. We greatly appreciate her going above and beyond to ensure we left happy and with good food! Thank you Tayah!
Awesome experience!!! “Ry Guy” was personable and friendly and made our pre-work lunch a ton of fun! Food was hot and came out super quick too!
Usually a good place but had issues with buffalo Bleu burger orders. Seems not all cooks know that buffalo sauce should be included on burger consistently unless customer specifies otherwise. Many times I order and the sauce isn't on the burger.
This visit was disappointing on several levels. The food was made incorrectly twice, and it also took 2 hours to come out. It was on a Thursday where they have the BOGO deal, but 2 hours is excessive.I also won trivia, but apparently this location doesn't participate in the "free 10 piece wings" for trivia winners, so that was disappointing.
Don’t come here unless you want to wait for your food for over an hour EVEN WHEN THEY’RE SLOW!!! I get there’s a shortage of everything right now but come on. I go to other restaurants and get served quickly even when they’re busy, this is unacceptable.
Made an online order with the wrong pickup time. Called to ask to change the order time, spoke to Brianna who said the order would be ready at 8pm instead of 710. Got home and not only was it obvious by looking at the food that it had been sitting for over an hour, the receipt on the food said it had been made at 630. If they couldn’t manually change the pickup time, they could have just told me instead of pretending they did something and leaving my food to sit all night. Wish I wouldn’t have left a tip on the order.
Staff was friendly. Food was OK. Nothing notable. We all got different things which we all tried. It wasn't bad but not worth a special trip out or anything.
I wish I would’ve known that the reservations online did not match in store hours. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings under the impression I could be seated due to reservation/confirmation, but sadly turned away as store stopped seating at the time of our reservation (10pm). I was able to place a carry out order and the food was decent and the waitress taking our order was very helpful. Maybe I should’ve called to confirm or something of that nature but I just thought since there was a reservation for that time and they didn’t close till 11 it was ok.
