Always a good experience with delicious ice cream.
Visited here after my daughter's graduation. She and her friends we all able to get different ice cream flavors. They all loved it. Staff was great and helpful, the store was clean and neat. There was seating available both inside and outside. It was a gorgeous day to enjoy great company, ice cream and the sun. ?
Drove in 8 minutes before close and they didn't take my order, just gave me blank looks through the window. It would have been fine if they had told me they had closed early instead of making me wait for nothing. ?
I worked at a Baskin-Robbins in the 1970s and I know how much is supposed to be given out as a portion. The last few times I visited the store the Scoops were so small they barely took three spoons to eat them. Since working at the store the cost of course has gone up immensely but I would not think that the serving size would go down. Just today I used a $2 coupon to get a banana Royale. I was told it came with two scoops of ice cream and my choice of topping. I know from experience that a banana is chopped up and would take up some space in the bowl. However once I ate the whipped cream I noticed that one of my flavors had literally one spoonful of ice cream and the other flavor filled only three spoonfuls. I'm not talking about a heaping Spoonful either. There was not even enough ice cream in the bowl to make one good size scoop of ice cream. I was sorely disappointed. Not to mention I was overcharged by 24 cents. The board said a banana Royale was $6.49. With the $2 off coupon and tax of 6% my order should have been well under $5 and instead I was charged $5.08. Each time I visit I feel like I'm being shortchanged somehow. This saddens me because this is always been one of my favorite places to get ice cream. I'm finding it difficult to continue to patronize this business when they're overcharging and also giving a minimal amount of product for a price that is substantial.
My ice cream was delicious and I’ve always loved eating here but I would not recommended eating here if you have any food allergies that are in any other ice cream that they serve. I found out not too long ago that I was lactose intolerant and I was exited to see that they had dairy-free ice cream.. I did not know until after I gotten sick that all their ice cream is not recommended for people with milk allergies because there could be cross contamination. They must not clean their scoopers before scooping out another ice cream and they didn’t mention anything to me about it possibly being contaminated, they do have it on their website though. Be careful if you have food allergies!
the drive thru is slow bc you order AND get ur ice cream there, but other than that, i like this place. employees are always helpful when i ask about dairy free options and they usually have at least 2 vegan flavors.
Do you have the Daiquiri Ice flavor sherbet at this location?
Not as good as I remembered. Flavors not very intense.
