We enjoyed an early dinner last night around 6pm. I’m not sure if it was due to us coming later in the day or if they were low on ingredients but half the menu was taped off. We drove about an hour to see that many of the items we came to try weren’t available. Hopefully we’ll get the opportunity next time. The service was good. Easy parking in the garage just a short walk away. The spam musubi was delicious. My husband got the chicken which he enjoyed. I had the short ribs which were delicious. The mac salad was a bit sweeter than other Hawaiian places I’ve tried but still tasty. If you’re dining with a child ask for a bigger table so you have room. The prices are fair with the surrounding areas prices. I’d recommend this restaurant, maybe just call ahead to be sure they have the full menu available.

Amazing experience!! All the way down to the staff, we found excellence. We will for sure be back!! We started with the fried spam musubi and steamed manapua (pork buns). They were both super delish! The Musubi was like a deep fried sushi with spam. My husband had the loco moco with miso soup and the best kimchi I’ve ever had. I had the Kalua pig with Portuguese bean soup and lemon ginger salad. We finished with the mini malasadas (coconut doughnuts). Incredible!! We can’t wait to come back and try more off their menu!!

We got right in and the servers and food are amazing.... however they are out of a lot of the basic menu items...the only problem I really had was my husband was done with his food before I even got mine. According to my husband that was actually born in Hawaii...the flavors are correct just come in smaller portions but we will definitely be back...it was nice seeing him eat food from his birthplace and enjoying it so much

Great food and great staff and service

First visit. Food was spectacular, will be back for sure

SO good! I can't wait to be back. I don't know how authentic it is but it was delicious. For fellow vegetarians-- the tofu/eggplant entree was delicious!Pros:- friendly employees- fast service- huge portions! a really great deal for the priceCons:- large menus sometime unsettle me because it makes me question the quality and freshness of food but nonetheless, the food we got was great.- the japchae didn't taste like it was the freshest but it was still good

I ordered the Salmon poke bowl and was upgraded to a deluxe poke bowl, not sure if it was due to product shortages since they just opened and have been busy. It was so good! The flavors were well balanced and the portion was huge. The homemade sauces are delicious!

It was incredibly delicious. I went with friends and I got the spam and kimchi massive and vegetable kimbap. I didn't eat it all just so I could bring some home for my husband. My friend got the hulk hulk chicken and the garlic shrimp and everyone cleaned their plate. I can't wait to go back and try more.

This was my first visit and I was really happy with the variety of food. Everything that was brought to the table was tasty and the service was wonderful and attentive. I will definitely be back!

Great atmosphere! Amazing food! Excellent service!
