it's not bad! i got the shrimp teppanyaki with white rice. before your meal: if you want the ginger salad, you have to pay a dollar for it, but you do get miso soup, which my friend said was good - i don't like miso)it's not my most favorite place ive been for sushi or japanese grill, but it wasn't bad at all! it was pleasant.the bathrooms were cleanly, and the atmosphere was nice. they have a little koi fishing pond, it's really cute :)ordering shrimp teppanyaki, a water, and a ginger salad will be $18.02, which isn't horrible.
Great place, great food. We sat at the bar this visit. Nice bartender and glad they are dine in again.
My boyfriend is severely allergic to shell fish. When we order the rolls we ask them to substitute the crab and shrimp for salmon. And they up charge us for it every time(which is okay) but the last three times we’ve gotten it, they’ve put both crab and shrimp in it but still charge us extra for the inconvenience fee. That’s over $25 each time, such a waste of money and time. Extremely disappointing. He could die and it seems like they could care less.
Perfect place to take the family or even a date. If you're looking for a relaxing atmosphere and fast service this is it. You can't beat a Monday night here.
I love the variety of their menu. Even if you don't like sushi, there are many other delicious options! Their specialty cocktails are unique and yummy. They recently reopened for in person dining, and service was excellent.
I haven’t had sushi in years before this. I’m glad I gave it another try at AI because the food is amazing, the beer and cider are great, and the staff was very inviting.
Admittedly, my family doesn't eat here very frequently. It isn't due to quality, though. The food here is fantastic! AI Fusion makes what I consider the best spicy tuna roll in the area. I think our only quibble is the price. But what you get for the price, when dine-in is available, is a great atmosphere to go alongside always tasty, very presentable food. The menu is quite expansive, the portion sizes are decent. I like this place. As of my most recent visit, they are still not offering dine-in. That's fine, and I can understand it for multiple reasons. We were ordering takeout anyway. The online ordering process is pretty smooth, but I wish it would let me order in advance of their operational hours. We ordered lunch on Sunday and had to wait until noon before the system would accept any items.
Last two experiences have been horrible! You would think that a place that only takes online orders would be able to efficiently and correctly get an online order together. Both orders have been missing food. Our last experience we were charged for the missing food and were given a different receipt than the online/emailed receipt. New receipt showed a different total (minus the missing food). Bank account and email receipt show that we were in fact charged for missing food. Called and told them we were charged for the missing food- was transferred to a “manager” who after 15 minutes of trying to find our order (even with receipt information provided) said he would partial refund. Never got the refund. Never got an apology. Terrible way to run a business. Will not be returning.
They put shrimp in our veggie tempura rolls. When I asked for a refund they would only refund the contaminated rolls. Previously have had good experience here, hence 2 stars and not 1. Good sushi, weak customer service.
The takoyaki was good but the chirashi is pretty lame. Will not get it again
