Great Burgers, Good Fries, Good Service...Prices Are Reasonable, Atmosphere Is Enjoyable. If You Like To Sit And Enjoy Your Burger, Or Grab And Go I'd Definitely Recommend Zo's. (Try The Pretzel Bun ????)
My friend and I decided to try this restaurant out since it was close to where we were. As I was giving my order my friend advised that their pop machine was out of the majority of the selections. He thought I said my friend wanted to add to her order. Why would I say that when her order was completed. We wanted to dine in especially since the website said they closed at 9pm. Mind you it’s 7:40pm. They started locking the doors and cleaning up. Whelp I guess we won’t be dining in and in fact I just canceled my order since he seem he was bothered when he misunderstood what I was saying.
Service is great and the food is noticeably better than your average basic coney style eatery. It's very clean and the customer service is very professional. I reccomend visiting here if you want to grab a bite for a decent price.

The cajuan fries are good but the sliders were bland. Also i made an online order at 12:30 & was told my food would be done by 1; i didn’t leave out until 1:15 so my order took 45 mins to make. Utterly ridiculous!
Genuinely one of the nicest and most polite staff I’ve ever met in my life. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger, however I did not clarify the cook on the meat. After realizing my mistake I spoke to Ali about it and he was kind and generous enough to have it corrected. Overall great experience, highly recommended.
Very unique burger selection is fun. Atmosphere is great. Lost one star from me because wait times were quite long. I wouldn't suggest going when you're in a hurry, but when you have some extra time Zo's is well worth it.
I've been coming here for a while now & the only complaint I have is that I NEVER get Hot Fries. They have good burgers. I almost stopped coming here but I give them chance after chance. For me if I can't get Hot Fries I will ultimately have to find a new favorite spot. I just left there & yes I got cold Fries Again SMH...
Great burgers and the onion rings are the BEST I have ever had in my life! Perfectly crunchy, large, the onion stays inside the crust & the onion is cooked all the way thru & not diced onion...the "good burger sauce" for dipping is good too. They should give you 2 of them since the rings are so large.I had the sliders with turkey bacon, american cheese, ketchup, mustard, mayo & pickle. I like simple small burgers & these fit my taste. Big enough that I couldn't eat all 3 of them & the onion rings at the same time. Not white castle size, but more like Arby's Jr size.So good that I went back 2 days later for lunch again.The only criticism is the website is hard to understand when you have to select the combo. I thought I clicked the button for combo but the icon informing you to add combo isn't the place you click...I never figured out where to click and I spent more money but didn't get a drink. So the 2nd time I just went inside & skipped the web order. Otherwise-Great place, great food & great customer service!
The colleagues and I liked the place, generally good. Burgers tasty, fries good. Only negatives noticed were: no diet soda in the fountain machine, and the burger bun was a little dry.
