Horrible and ridiculously priced. I stopped by this coney because I was working in the area and was very disappointed. Cheap ingredients, no flavor, and overpriced. Skimpy small straps of bacon, cheap flavorless chili, and burger. If you're going to charge $14 for a double cheeseburger, it should be hand pattied, seasoned, with deli cheese. Never again.
Love this place it's my Saturday morning ritual I do, which is Zeff's for breakfast then shopping in the Eastern Market. Zeff's breakfast is the best, the staff is very nice.
It was good but WAY too expensive for a coney island! When we came in we were greeted with hostesses on their phones and no smiles. The food was pretty good, but not for the price we paid. I honestly wouldn't call it a coney island. At least the service was fast. Overall I would go if your looking for overpriced, decent food and fast service. Also they don't have a kids menu
The food was horrible! yuck and price was outrageous. I only ordered a 6 piece wing ding and came up to $11 which I’d ridiculous. The were small black when I bit into a wing. I threw all of them out and called which a foreign lady said she couldn’t do anything about it and was my fault. However I have had $70 steaks that were not cooked to my liking and was treated with respect and had it recooked, got my money back and a certificate to come back to keep my business. I don’t recommend this Coney Island to any one. Horrible!! Save your money because clearly you won’t get it back. Should’ve followed my first mind and ordered from “Detroit 1 coney” or “Niky D’s”
Always good breakfasts and a great place for a salad. Generous portions. Good coffee always a plus. Can be crowded but fast, friendly service.
One of the most consistent restaurants in Eastern Market since I NEVER have an issue with anything I order from the menu. Other surrounding restaurants make a lot of mistakes, and then their chefs/staff yell at you or show attitudes if you point it out. You won't experience this at Zeff's, only appreciation of your business. Go here, where your money is appreciated!!

ATTENTION TRUCKERS !!Picking up a load? Waiting too long at Wolverine? If you can, this place is one block over. I got the #5 breakfast special, I'm telling you, it hit the spot !!especially the over-sized sausage links. Everything was tasty, and not bad on the price. Definitely recommended !!!
I really hate to see the bad reviews because the food here is amazing! Been going here for the past 4 almost 5 years and every time has been superb! The farmers omelette is my go too, and to be honest the lady at the counter isn’t always smiley and sometimes might come off aggressive but I take no offense to that because this staff is always working so hard! They are busy all the time so I’m sure there might be a bad dish here or there. If you haven’t worked in the fast food industry you wouldn’t understand! I will continue to come and get their farmers omelette, and continue to support this establishment!
I entered hungry and left more than satisfied. The Western Omelette was very good.
