Mike looked out for us after a dasher dug his disgusting fingers in our food that was the wrong order. I really appreciate mike a lot for making sure we had fresh food and even gave us brownies for the inconvenience for our order being made wrong and cold. They got all my food wrong and didn’t give me 2 meals, and we’ve been on hold for an hour. Bad service especially for living an hour away thanks a lot??
It was late on a Sunday. It was open until midnight. I asked questions and ordered. I like that the had some options. Not many but some. I enjoyed my choices but I don't think it was a good value for the money. They have many varieties of wings and thigh bites. They have corn that is hot very hot. I couldn't eat it. The veggie sticks were way to big and too few. It was a value that could be better. It was at the time
Wing stop is so over rated. I ordered the garlic wings and it was terrible, it had no taste at all. I will never again order food food from any Wing Stop. Waste of money and time??
NEVER GO HERE This place is literally then only WINGSTOP i always have a problem with if it wasn’t close to home id never go…. they never get orders right, workers are rude and unprofessional dont try ever calling in your order either or they will just leave you on hold until the phone automatically hangs up….
Visited this Wing Stop at 1331 Eight Mile after boycotting Wing Stop for a long time because the one in Southfield is so horrible I vowed to never go to Wing Stop again. I decided to just try another location, not as bad but the food was just soaked in grease. I am officially through with this franchise!!!!
Their wings were crispy and well sauced, fries were made from real potatoes and delicious I will go back there just for the french fries alone

Worse place ever. Will never order from here the staff is super unprofessional and nasty. There was a mishap with my order due to the negligence of Wing Stop which resulted in someone being able to steal my food. I ordered through Door Dash and because the original dasher canceled due to my order not being ready and them having to wait. Someone was able to go behind them posing as Door Dash or Door Dash themselves, and signed my name not their own as the person who picked up my order. Mine you it was never registered in the system that another dasher picked it up. So, after 4 different dashers try to pick my order up one of the dashers finally called me and explained what was happening. When the dasher try to get help from the staff I can hear someone from Wing Stop being nasty and snappy to the dasher for even acquiring about it. You would think they would try to look into it more or at least remake the order, because something clearly was wrong, but NO!So, the dasher and I notified Door Dash about the issue with my order. I was sent an email about a hour later stating my order was canceled and I was gonna get a credit for the food vs. a full refund of $25.48. So, I called the store I wasn't cussing or screaming into the phone, but you can tell I was upset. I was put on hold twice and when I finally spoke to someone he was extremely nasty, and unprofessional. As soon as he gets on the phone and before the conversation even begins he is yelling at me how I need to make sure I don't speak to him in any disrespectful way or he ain't helping. Yet, he is being disrespectful and nasty with his tone. So, I tell him I want a full refund not a credit. This ill-mannered individual yells into the phone the store has nothing to do with it if I ordered through door dash and to contact them. Then he hangs up.Never in my life have I ever experienced horrible service like this. I wish I could give no stars because they definitely don't deserve the one.
My wings were full of flavor. I always have my ranch on the side, they make the best ranch. When I enter they always welcome me, and have my order ready I always order online. I see they have new staff members a definite upgrade to the store.
