Slow for a reason. Very good service. No mistakes. No complaints for my order or service.
Drive thru is always long. Not sure what can be done about that. But I will say I haven't encountered any bad attitudes at this location, which I am very happy about.
This was one of my favorite places they don't have one in Texas so I was able to go for a vacation in Detroit and make sure I visit this place the best little was hamburgers in the world
The young man who handled my order was very mannerable. My food was hot and my service was very prompt.

As they took care of drive thru u set there in libby to long if I want hungry I would've left an once I almost just stàtes to ask for my money back.they worked deive rheumy good just no care for us without cars smh
This is a two part, two location review.First location, Greenfield and Lodge Service Drive, Detroit, was clean and friendly. The staff diligently updated me on the food order which took a longer time than normal. When I informed the crew member that I was missing an order of rings they immediately gave me a bag to complete my order. This location would have received 4.5 stars from me.Second location, 8 mile and Grand River, Farmington Hills, was dirty and neglected. The staff was distracted and incompetent. After asking the staff member a few questions before placing my order the crew member seemed to be too distracted by other staff to fully pay attention to the order I was giving or the correction I requested. When I received my order I was missing a sandwich which I quickly informed the team. A staff member who wasn't on the register, she was in the prep area, ask me from across the floor (almost a yelling tone) "what are you missing?" I informed her I was missing a sandwich. She told me "Well it wasn't on your order so you didn't pay for it." I informed her I still needed my burger. Which no one was even ringing up for me to pay for. She repeatedly informed me that I didn't pay for a burger. I informed her"...that didn't stop the fact that I still needed my requested burger which i originally ordered." It took me telling (yelling across the floor) her and the entire crew that I still needed the burger I originally ordered. Finally, it wasn't until she told one of the crew members, who were standing around, to ring me up for the missing burger they didn't add to my order in the first place. If I could give this location a -5 I would. It was your employee, who was half listening to what I wanted, which i had to repeat, who messed up the order. Also I was thoroughly incensed at the fact that I was getting yelled at from across your establishment by your employee. Furthermore to argue with me over the fact that I didn't pay for it instead of just informing me of the additional price of the burger. Your staff at this location was highly insulting and rude.
Food was ok. Went through the drive thru the cashier just kept asking "is that it" not giving me a chance to finish saying what I wanted to order. Get home and there is no ketchup nor mustard on any of my burgers and I ordered fifteen of them?.
Over an hour wait to place and order 20-30 mins each car in no one is able to pull ahead before talk through the speak in they say they not hiring but short staff just shut down
I drove up got my mail got me a free dessert on a stick didn't have to wait in line along in and out I love it
