Wasn't to happy with my experience at white castle. They were slow and if I wasn't hungry I would have left. I my food and items were missing. I made 100% sure that I asked for the items. I only go here when I am desperate.
I've never had any issues from this location. Albeit very slow, I've never had any complaints about my food. I'd give this location a 5 star each and every visit. Particularly on my last vist 6-5-22 I felt compelled to write a review. My visit was around 7:30pm. Customer service was on point. She kept me informed over the intercom about my wait while I was waiting in the drive-thru line. Orders were made correctly with all the requests that I had. Very nice and polite at pickup window. Great job
Went to White Castle's last night I ordered two double cheeseburgers with everything an small order of fish nibbles and two white Castle's with everything. We waited 30 minutes to get the wrong order then waited another 15 minutes for the right order, we'll I got everything and something else on my White Castle's. Looks like wood.
Waited in line for 20 minutes to get to the speaker,no one can on the speaker,moved to the window to see if they were taking orders there. The woman at the window told me I would have to get back in line to order told her I already wasted 45 minutes and she told me she doesn't believe no one came to the speaker .I live in another state and people don't treat customers like that .
It took like 30 - 40 min to get our food but, it was hot and fresh
I go to this one just because they it seems like I can get fresh cooked food All the other ones my fish is always soggy this one is crunchy That's why I go there
This location's food is fresh most of the time. Plus the associates are nice. I have a taste for White Castles at times and want them to be fresh and hot when I receive my order. An at this location my food is fresh most times. So awesome job people!!!
There’s no White Castle’s near me but this place is worth the drive! Staff is friendly and fast, it was busy but they were working hard, so I didn’t wait very long at all, and I ordered the Crave clutch which is 20 sliders. Got my food fast and order was correct, can’t ask for more. There is a 10% military discount at all White Castle’s with ID.
Online ordered a 20 sack with various kinds of cheeses. The drive thru line moved quickly and my order was correct. What more can you ask for?
White Castle is a true staple but it all depend on the staff at the particular store you frequent. The White Castles here in Detroit, they keep it fresh. I can't recall the last time I had a bad experience at the Castle. I'm 47 by the way. Shout out to this White Castle and all the other ones too. Yall be safe and get em early. Don't be out here late at nite by yourself, get that Crave Case early. Peace and Love people.
