They were very slow and it took 10 min for them took take our order and 10 mins to wait on food. Food was fresh
Lines long food been sitting (old).. Employees on 3rd shift are completely don't care. Another restaurant in the city that will be closed ? donw shortly.. McDonald's/ Wendy's/ etc... I'm done ?
I always go to White Castle it's always good fast and quick service was nice wife everything was wonderful thank you White Castle

The expense at The Castle is getting crazy. The lines are long. The staff is polite but the food seems to have changed in some way.

Worst customer service I've EVER had. I tried to use a coupon from the App and I was told that I couldn't use it because my order had already been placed.. Even though, the coupon specifically said to give the 4 digit number at checkout. I think the lady just didn't want to do it. Rude and unprofessional!
I hate they not open 24 hrs anymore but other than that good late night crave food. Drive thru service is pretty swift.
