I used to get the impossible sliders pretty regularly and hadn't gotten them in a few years. When I did they were soggy and not very good. Uou're better off going to burger king at least you get more toppings and better fries. I ended up feeding the sliders to my dog.
We visited late night after a concert for food on the way home. The wait was kind of long, but I was not bothered as it was late and a decent sized line of cars. Unfortunately most of our sliders were so soggy they were hard to get down. And I expect a little soggy at white castle, but these were next level soggy. The mozzarella sticks were great.
The employees....the employees...the employees is what brings this rating down. It's very rare someone even says hi, thank you come again, etc at the window. Like, people we didn't tell you to apply there. I've placed online orders and have arrived and my order wasn't ready, even though I showed up purposely late to give more time for it them to be done. Then they start rushing to get my order done and makes it wrong. Now I'm not saying it's everybody, but too many bad encounters is a representation of the entire place. People need to apply for a job they will like and do it the way they would want someone else to if they were the customer.
Was just coming from motor city and stopped for a quick bite so we stopped here and the shift was about to change but the manager of the night shift was still there she made us laugh was very polite and kept it real but before she left she made sure our order was right definitely appreciate her need more people like her. I didn't get her name but if she sees this than I hope she know I so love her and thank you so much for the experience that early in the morning. Also the team that came in as she was leaving I want to thank y'all as well cuz or food was hot and fresh and good lol.
Fast service. You can eat inside but no one is cleaning the tables between customers. Even though they have a full staff.

Employee took my card. Said it was declined! What!!! It's is payday for me it's money on the card. $13.62. swipe it again, Hey your card is Locked What... Ok .. pull around call my bank Now activity even on my account why you just ? like that. So when I call they don't know what I am talking about.ummmm
My order consisted of 3dbl cheeseburgers and a large frie. The menu's didn't show the price of the dbl cheeseburger sliders but they were prepared fresh and quickly. I may return.
Ordered shrimp,got fish. No one said. OH WE DON'T HAVE ANY SHRIMP TODAY. Just took our money,then at the window to pick up. I said shrimp sauce please. NO shrimp(we out)you have fish in your in your order. WOW!!!!
As other White Castles, the service was very slow. There was a long line at the drive-thru so I went inside, thank God that they had it open as many still do not. There were only two customers ahead of me and I nearly waited 15 minutes for two cheeseburgers and one 1921 burger.
