Here we go with this one. I order the Double cheese burger combo with 2 extra Double no pickles extra mustard and ketchup. Didn't get the extra ketchup or mustard, they gave me some cold fries. Who eats honey mustard on there burgers?
The cashier was great. I ordered a cheeseburger combo and received a sandwich with no top bun and now fries. I emailed corporate and received no response. Very disappointing.
I ordered thru door dash and the food was good and warm but they didn't bother to put tartar or ketchup in my bag after I spent $50. Inflation is really bad for some of us so it would be great to have what you need to enjoy the food.
Since the pandemic fast food service has been very slow understandably. But today I had great service from Davisha at this location. She was pleasant to me as the customer and also treated her employees well. Nice to see

The lady working the mic/window stared at me without saying anything while she took my card, which was strange/rude. She handed over the bag of food without saying anything. Overall poor customer service. Also the sliders were barely warm, not fresh at all. Not sure how that happens when the drivethru line was almost out the street
Sandwiches were hot and fresh...fries cold as ice. Coke tasted like water and the wait was crazy.

I got my food DoorDashed to me at 1am and the driver stated the line was out in the street. I knew I should’ve canceled but I was hungry. I received my order and there wasn’t any fries and the burgers were not cooked all the way, literally red. I contacted DoorDash they said they couldn’t refund me. I will never eat from this location ever!
For a quick to go for next day lunch and after Eagles concert munchies was surprised on location in Detroit and it was tidy outside drive-thru. High recommended.We got the crave case mix.Worth it.
