The resteraunt was nice and clean! I got two foot long Famous subs with extra cheese and sauce. The cashier was very business minded.
Staff was very friendly per usual. I got the XL Steak and it always hits the spot.
Why did the cashier tell me that the credit card machine is down and if I want to insist on using my card, they can write the info down and charge my card later. Lady are you dumb?!?DUMB?!?! You should just be saying CASH ONLY!! Then when I said that's ok, she just hung up on my face, no "sorry for the inconvenience" or anything! Yea, my favorite tubby's has hit rock bottom. Won't be returning
There was a BUG in my salad. The food is clearly not stored properly.
Ordered on GrubHub, specifically asked for no tomatoes and no peppers and after waiting an hour (having the arrival time pushed back) my sandwich arrived with both. I understand mistakes happen, but considering grub hub sends all the details and it costs a lot more, it’s pretty disheartening to get something you can’t eat.
Food was fresh! Prompt service.worth the money! Friendly workers! Will be returning recommend this tubby's.
Best to go to this location when they are not in a dinner or lunch rush so that there are no mistakes on your order. If they make mistakes they will refund your order, or remake it to get it right! Customer service is good!
I have been coming to this Tubbys for a few years now. I stopped in the other day, and got one of the best subs I've ever had from this location. The bread was super soft. There were a few mixups with my order, but I'm not sure if it was because I wasn't loud or clear enough, or if it was the girl who took my order. 4 stars are because I think the dining room area needs remodeling....although it's not in use due to covid
Tremendous chicken parm sub! Great quality and quantity for the price. I'd recommend coming here to pick up some subs especially if your evening involves some beers!
