I live in Midtown and I've always split my business between Treat Dreams and Cold Truth... After finding out that Cold Truth discriminates against first responders based on what they wear for a uniform, ALL of my business will now go to Treat Dreams. Besides, Treat Dreams has better tasting ice cream and friendlier employees.
Edit: I was reached out to and they apologized for the situation and worked to have positive solution!I came here at 8:50 when they close at 9 and they had locked the door and ignored me. I was trying to get a to go ice cream, and I understand it was late. When i finally knocked they opened the window and stated “you can tip you know because we got you in, at least a dollar”. I’m sitting writing this in my car across the street still before 9. I’ve only had good things to say about them, but tonight was awful.

Was in town from Ohio yesterday and wanted ice cream. Based on reviews and their Instagram page they seemed legit. Well, they didn't have the flavor I wanted and a half an hour into their day, they didn't have any sugar cones or waffle flakes ready. I reluctantly chose vanilla bean and it was flavorless. Very disappointing.
One of the best ice cream shops around, I just wish they keep the s'mores ice cream on the menu I understand it's the best seller but I need my s'mores ice cream
