Wonderful food and drinks! Great crowd! Shuttles to games well worth the trip!!

great bar and atmosphere friendly staff

Great service, really tasty food - we enjoyed burgers, ham, roast beef and drinks! Cheryl was a fab server and we had a great time! Thanks for a great dinner!!

Great old joint. You can feel the history.

A fine pub nested in Detroit with a 100 year history. Great staff, a fun bartender and historic bar, great sandwiches, and cold beer. This is a go-to place to try out, and I can’t wait for my next visit.

I don’t drink so I didn’t go in… but this little corner packaged goods/tavern/grill is a piece of Motor City history. Iconic.

The atmosphere was great! My 16 year old boys loved picking out songs to play on the jukebox, our waitress was amazing. However, the food we got was all burned to a crisp.

Earlier this year I checked a Detroit bucket list item off. We ate at Tommy's Detroit Bar and Grill AND even met Tommy himself! The staff were wonderful, the food was yum and I’m fascinated by the building’s history. Life is good.

We have been loyal customers of Tommy's since 2015. We loved how convenient it was to the Joe. When the Joe was no longer, we decided to continue coming to Tommy's. It's a cool hang out bar and we love the atmosphere. Tommy is great and we love the shuttle (a definite plus on going there). However, our last time there was not the best experience. The food was very poor and disappointing. Don't order the grilled chicken sandwich. It was so bad I could barely eat it. The food could definitely improve and the staff could be a little more friendly. But, despite these misfortunes, I will still continue to come to Tommy's!

Came in to play pool and take a few shots. The pool table is towards the rear but the room is so small that if there are people dining back there you're not able to play a game. Our bartender was so dope that we forgot about playing and just proceeded to pound shots of tequila till we got the munchies. Lots of history and pizzazz in this joint. It's definitely got the dive bar vibe but the food was delicious and greatly priced. There is a parking lot located next door so it's easy to access.
