Wonderful experience. The customer service was awesome. I told her that my daughter purchased my bagel while visiting @Sinai Grace hospital during my daughter's delivery and a young lady by the name of Tina changed my experience to a FIVE STAR!!!Thank you and Happy birthday Ms. Tina? ? ?
I am absolutely in love with these people in this place they are the most beautiful kind Souls and I can guarantee if I saw any one of your workers outside of this store I would trust him or her with my life not only my order they not only care about what they do and how they make your food but they care about how the food makes you feel and when you leave you feel like a better person and a better world! Conversating with Mrs. Manager ((thats what i call her♡))it gives me hope for a better Humanity♡ I will never go to another place,I will never respect an entire store, no matter what shift, mornings, days , or nights, this women has trained everyone of them to be kind ,to work hard, and appreciate the customers ,they say , we make sure they get paid,and we are the reason the have a job to be employed , I am particular and i ce everyday, i order the same thing, and even though they are always already making it as they see me walk in, I still say, light cream, in my ice caps lol, they dong get annoyed at me ,they just look at me ,show me the beautiful brown as hell ice cap and say"WE GOT U TIFF" TO ME this is humble &&& THANK YOU AND THOSE STAR TATOOS SHE HAS ON HER ARMS THEY MATCH HER, SHE IS A STAR, IT ISNT ABOUT THE COFFEE, ITS LIKE THAT FEELING WHEN YOU SIT IN A BARBOR SHOP, WE FRIENDS, MAD RESPECT, THANK U, thank you so much for being so beautiful on the inside and the out my only advice is to get some darn heat on in that lobby LOL...Btw cleanest place ever.
Cappuccino tasted burnt. Management needs to upgrade building and parking lot. Make it more presentable to attract more customers
Here now. The girl taking the orders is rude n they display everything but yet have nothing. I’ve been here 2 other times just thinking maybe she’s having a bad day. But nope she just needs to find a new job
I wish I could rate this location higher. The staff is always nice, and some of the drive thru attendants are hilariously funny, and will make your day. My only complaint is they mess up my order quite a bit, and I order the same thing every time. I come back every now and again because the staff is good.
Coffee is great however rude service from worker, working the window. When you purchase items you want good service also. If the person does not want to work window she should not be at window being rude to customers, will not be going back to location.
This location always has the inside locked. Not sure why because their line stays jammed packed. You’re losing customers like that. I’ve driven away plenty times just because your drive thru becomes a packed fight scene.
Where is Mel working now? She was very good and made my coffee perfectly triple triple I miss her so much
The service is slower, and they have a sign on the door that states dine in has reopened, but yet they have the doors locked. Also, they didn't add sugar and cream to my coffee as I asked, and when I went back to get it remade then she just handed me sugar and cream, I felt that was very rude service, If that was the case then I would have done it at home, and me paying them was the point of it being done correctly, so now I drive a little further for better service.
BY FAR THE WORST TIM HORTONS EVER. They are rude and the line moves like hot lava!! French vanilla cappuccino disgusting and chocolate glazed donut has no glaze on it. They need to just close they are awful I will never go there again!
