From the beginning to the end, it was spectacular. We really enjoyed the bartender and our waitress.

What a wonderful anniversary dinner we had at The Whitney. We would for sure return in the near future.
Attended high tea at The Whitney. Lovely place settings, very friendly attentive staff, and excellent tea service. A very nice and delicious assortment of fresh fruit and cream, scones, tea sandwiches, and pastries. Everything was presented beautifully. A wonderful way to spend an afternoon!
I attended the afternoon tea, the food was terrible, nothing tasted good. The service was great.
The food was excellent lobster bisque, salad, beef wellington, double pork chop and desserts were very flavorful.
The Whitney is an iconic Detroit restaurant in an historic lumber Barron's former mansion. The interior woodwork will give you a view into turn of the century, Midwest interior design. The Ghost Bar on the third floor has specialty cocktails, and provides a relaxing atmosphere for unwinding after a long day at work. The outdoor gardens are well maintained, and provide a natural refuge after you finish your sweet desert inside.
