The young customer service was terrible. The overpriced box of food. No presentation, just thrown together, box fell apart. Do they not understand, heat and plastic makes moisture. Terrible experience for the price. I would not recommend this place to no one.
Family told me go here whenever I visited Detroit!! YES!!! IT WAS VERY VERY GOOD! I had the turkey bites, greens, Mac n cheese, and mashes potatoes. 1 set of turkey bites had lemon pepper dry rub and the other had Cajun dry rub.. they were flavorful and crisp on the outside. The greens were good, the max n cheese was baked mac n cheese and yiu could taste the real.cheese not Velveeta more of a sharp cheddar!! Yes! Yes! Yes! The mashed potatoes were real mashed potatoes. I would skip the gravy it was basic. All else was great! I recommend YOU GOTTA AT LEAST TRY THIS PLACE.it's surprising what they do with turkey!
This place has some good food but the ladies that work here are RUDE RUDE RUDE. My husband ordered us some food and they got the fries order wrong. We wanted Cajun fries and they had the wrong fries in there. He goes in to correct the order and they tell him it will cost him $1.06. To get the correct fries. He’s not one to argue so he pays it. There’s an older lady there that looks about 60 that has the worst attitude ever. In the phone they are rude, I’m person they are rude.
Their Turkey Burger was delicious! Tried them for the first time yesterday on my way to work.. Will definitely be returning!
I've been to hundreds of grills and restaurants in the United States and over seas and I know for a fact this place THE TURKEY GRILL , in the city of DETROIT MICHIGAN is the Best ? of the Best when it comes down to ordering ,preparing , seasoning, cooking, and delivering your orders. And the taste ? of there Turkey is superb from the first bite ? to the end ?. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK you guys at THE TURKEY GRILL ??
I used to eat at this place when I was 16-17 years old (now I’m in my mid 30s) with my father because this was his favorite place. I continue to eat here even after my father passed because of the emotional connection and also because the food was good. This place is now a distant memory for me. Whoever took over running this place lacks the compassion and love it used to have many years ago. So disappointing.
Turkey snack is over price..... It tasted good. But a single wing drum stick us not worth. 13.47 the bread was the size of a golf ball. I like the way you cook. But enough is enoughThe turkey tail and collar carry a good price.
First of all, Google has this business establishment listed as CLOSED wben I checked on Sunday, 3/13/2022 @ 3:00 pm. So, I called the number listed in hopes to hear the actual hours. A "lady" answered the phone and stated, "Turkey Grill. Walk in only" and promptly hung up. Really?? So, I called back 5 times in a row, to the same response and abrupt click! I only wanted to ask what time do you close for this "walk in only". Wow! What courteous telephone service. Absolutely ridiculous. Please update Google with pertinent information regarding your hours and train your staff on telephone etiquette.
When I eat their colored greens it feels like my taste buds are being massaged by angels. Sometimes I feel like after eating there I've had a happier ending that I would have gotten at an Asian health spa
This is not the place it used to be. I order for others and got the same response, Bone dry turkey bites, more bone than turkey. Tasteless poached wings. Based on the other reviews I must have went on a bad day but I am scared ro go again. This time it was not worth the money $70 total it should have been free. They should never serve anyone food like that. I wish I had pictures but I couldn't stand picking through the bites to find good meat and tossed it. Please do better don't let other spend money on this food and you know its not worth it..
