Great food and wine selection! Outdoor seating was amazing.

Good food and the service was excellent!

Avoid this place at all costs. Went here for my girlfriends birthday dinner, we were rushed from the time that we stepped in the front door. Our waitress Marsha was the absolute worst part. Every time she came to the table she reminded us that she was ready to leave and that we had to hurry up with our drinks, dinner, dessert. She made the whole table uncomfortable and box up our food while we were still eating. If they didn’t gratuity us, I would’ve left her a minimal tip. Finally we push back and told her that we’re not done with our food, and she made a point to make the whole situation uncomfortable. Then she came back and reminded us what time she was leaving. I will never be back to the establishment never again I warn not to go here.

My wife brought me here on my 52nd birthday. This was our first time here. Being in downtown Detroit I didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the area as it was just down the street from Atwater brewery. There's no signage indicating that you have arrived at the rattlesnake club. However, there is a covered awning-type entrance at the bottom of a flight of stairs that has the rattlesnake club monitor on it.While climbing the stairs I noticed the handrail was serpentine in shape. At the beginning and end of each section of the handrail was a snakehead in a rattlesnake tail.At the top of the stairs to the right was a large patio covered by a pergola. You could also see string lights were out. The day we went it was raining heavily and nobody was seated outside. Plus it was early spring and cold. When we walked through the entrance doors and up to the front desk my wife told the station attendant that we were early for our 7:30 reservation. The woman said that wouldn't be a problem and looked at me and wished me a happy birthday! We were seated by the window overlooking the patio. The service was excellent!I ordered the Prime center cut New York steak which was cooked to perfection as was my wife's Filet.Dessert was presented with a caramel spun sugar pyramid! If you have the budget, treat yourself to an upscale dining experience!

The waitress and cook were awesome!!! Food was delicious!!!

The food was amazing - and the service could not have been better!

The experience started off nice as they moved us to a private room due to us having one too many people in our party. It was all down hill from there! The only highlight was decent food. Service was terrible for a fine dining establishment, drinks were very disappointing, atmosphere was also not good, no mood music just a private room that started to feel like a conference room. Overall for the cost of drinks and food this place is in no shape or form worth it.

The Rattlesnake Club is a gem of older Detroit before new places were popping up every week. Just enough off the beaten path you need to seek it out, because you won't happen by it.The food is fabulous and the atmosphere here has a certain charm that welcomes you. I've been here several times and it always feels good to be back. Was most recently there with my wife and had the wonderful company of Brandon behind the bar. This is a place where you will find yourself just wanting to be as you enjoy your meal, surroundings and company.

I have not received great service like this in years. The entire team was spot on the entire night. I had the Walleye which was excellent. The fish was not overpowered by the hazelnut crust. The filet was seasoned well and was cooked to perfection. Parking was a bit dark, but if that's the only issue, the restaurant is doing very well. This is an establishment to repeat.
