Worker Tracy and another male worker was extremelyyyyyyyy rude after waiting 20 minutes for this customers order. They began yelling for me to get out when i nicely asked for the order again after waiting 20 minutes for a order that was suppose to been ready when i arrived. Im sure how nasty they are they might reply to this message but that'll further validate their nastiness!!! I love my people BUT HATE a nasty black business. DO NOTTTTTTTTTTTT GO HERE!!! I called in this order to get a Cheese Burger Delux an A Cornbeef on Texas Toast!She rushed my order over the phone, an charged me an got the whole order wrong! The cheeseburger deluxe just had meat an cheese it was dry an little ! The cornbeef look like a bologna sandwich....it was dry with nothing on it they don't even give you a pickle....this food was terrible!An so was the service!
The food is made to order but I shouldn't have to wait 2 hours. I heard not so great things about this place but decided to give it a try anyway. I would have given it another shot but the cashiers were unapologetic and could care less so I won't be back. I try to support my people but some just don't care. I won't be returning or referring.
You can make the food they serve here faster and better.. don't waste your time
I asked a friend of mine who had the best burgers in Michigan and he suggested this place and man he was right! I drove 30 minutes back home and my food was still hot and fresh tasting. I got a double bacon cheeseburger and tatoes and the burger was well seasoned and juicy. The tatoes were very good too but next time I would get them loaded. If I could, I would be out this way frequently but next time I'm in the mood to make that drive, I will definitely be back.
The food is extremely too salty and the Kool aid has way too much sugar will not order again. Nice food presentation just slow service and salty food. Major thumbs down for me ???
