I wish I was greeted by the staff upon entering. I was hoping for the vegan options or sugar free option but the young lady stated it’s not available. The cream cheese cake was good but the peach cobbler had too much sugar.

The food and service are excellent! They never disappoint. The turkey chops and black eyed peas and collard greens soup are too die for! Now they have soul food sides once a month, around the end of each month, DELICIOUS!

I ordered handheld pies for an event. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and made great recommendations. The pies were delivered promptly and were delicious.

Absolutely the best! Been going there for years. Homemade, have to check these lady's out.

I just stopped by for a quick bite to eat, and had the most amazing catfish, sweet potatoes, and Mac and cheese. My family kept asking “Where did you get this?! “. It was absolutely yummy…

Such a Detroit jewel, I harass my family & anybody that'll listen to go to this dope spot. Amazing atmosphere, service, hair & skincare products, & even better food. I've tried just about everything & feel y'all should too! Especially that turkey chop sandwich thats pictured ?

Clean establishment. Friendly and courteous staff. Chocolate cake was superb. The icing was sweet and delicious with moist cake. The lemon pound cake, i couldn't taste the lemon. The cake, however, was moist and tasted like a pound cake. I hope to try the cream cheese pound cake in the future.

Honestly, I can’t find the words to describe Sweet Potato Sensations! From the Turkey Chop to the pies! OMG. And on top of that the customer service is nothing like I’ve experienced before! Very personable, knows their customers by name, and takes black excellence to another level!

Yesterday (Friday) I wanted to get me a sweet potato cheese cake so I called and the recording said that they were open, I didn’t get a chance to go yesterday, so today (Saturday) I called again and the recording said that they were open, I drove from Clinton Township, a 45min drive to get there and they were closed. This is not the first time this has happened. As a business owner also I think this is so unprofessional not to update your voicemail recording with the correct hours,. This is the last time I will come to your business. Y’all really need some business professionalism when it comes to serving your community.
