Went here after work and bought 2 protein bowls only for the steak meat to be bad. It taste horrible like stale and the freezer. When I tried to call back they wouldn't answer I guess do to them closing at 12! Very mad about the food and my money.
Who can mess up s subway sandwich. My only complaint is they rarely have crackers for their good soups.
Do not go to any subway in detroit the do not honor coupons but got it posted on the door to use the app
The cashier was nice bit extremely unprofessional was on the cellphone talking while I waited for several minutes to take my order then when i told her about her unprofessional behavior she told me that she would attend to me when she was done with her phone call...extremely unprofessional!!
Deluccas- Mo tried to make my food with a torn glove then caught a attitude when I spoke about it saying he washed his hands as if Covid went away ?
Literally in subway for 20 mins. 10mins for the family infront of me and 10mins for the worker to make my salad.
Food was excellent...store was exceptionally clean...friendly...I just found my new subway to go to
Customer service not the best at all. I will not return because of that. Be happy to see me, I am happy to see you guys. But, not at that location. Perk up and Smile!!! It goes a long way throughout life.
I did not utilize the Subway but I did use the pizzeria Deluca's. The service was so great I'd give them 10 - stars, and by-the-way I was so pleased with the young lady that waited on me and made my pizzas I gave her a $5 tip cause she was worth every penny and more ❤! Kudos to them for hiring her!!
Completely disappointed I ordered online at work I pick up my order and it’s sloppy , soggy and completely wrong. I am ALLERGIC TO TOMATOES yet they still ended up on my sandwich . I didn’t ask for onions tomatoes or peppers they completely do what they want here DO NOT EAT HERE . I called a million times no answer to resolve the issue UNPROFESSIONAL with a capital everything!!!!!!!
