I’ve never met such a unfriendly rude staff at any Starbucks locations. No service at all. Especially the girl at the counter.Pure laziness and discussing the previous customer with the next one because the previous one was so dare and refused to pay for the cold pie and she refused to warm it. And that’s why this customer then got the coffee with no cream and sugar as was ordered. If you don’t like your job so much find another one, that’s America, free of slavery

Worst experience ever, employees are on their phones and don't pay attention. Chi tea not very good, was informed at the counter that they weren't doing fraps.

Rude service, I have never had this experience at a Starbucks before.Even worse, they either didn't know how to make my drink properly or they didn't care. I ordered a Pumpkin Cream cold brew with no special requests, not a complicated drink.

Not enough staff, too slow pace
5 in the morning and the gates are halfway open while the employees complain that their manager isn’t in yet. Sheila continued to complain for the line to hear for about 5 minutes before bringing the gates up. I get to the register and was scolded for ordering a Latte... Sheila stating “you made one for her now you have to make one for everyone.... I told everyone NO LATTES” I’ve never been told what I can and can’t order at Starbucks before. The attitude from Sheila was not needed. The rest of the employees were very friendly.
